Everything, especially the lovely staff. Katy & Rosie were absolute wonderful people who were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Other staff such as the person doing breakfast and the housekeeping people were also amazing. Location was perfect for exploring Cusco but in a pretty quiet area. We loved our stay ❤️

Everything is good .

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Convenient location. Highly recommended. What is worth mentioning is that staff always help with calling a taxi for me to pick me up no matter how late it is. Another thing is that they help call a clinic worker to arrive at the hotel to give you a checkup when I felt bad due to the latitude sickness. So I really really appreciate their help and support! A million thanks!

Dining in the morning was a little cold, only because it was in the central patio. They do have patio heaters you can have them turn on.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. They spoke English. The breakfast was a full breakfast with healthy options of fruit, yogurt, eggs to order, and deli meat and cheese. The large ooms were cozy and had heat at night.

This was an excellent place to stay for a week in Cusco. The staff in particular were incredible - Rocia was so very attentive from our really early check in to organising a cake for my friend's special 0 birthday. I can't fault them at all, so very helpful and friendly! Location was also wonderful as was a 5min walk to the main plaza.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all of the major attractions. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was always clean. The colonial style of the hotel is authentic to this region.

Perfect location! Midway between Plaza de Armas and San Blas. Staff members were very friendly and helpful, arranging airport transportation and providing restaurant recommendations. Property was very clean and well maintained.

Most of the double beds are just doubles so quite small - there are some bigger ones but it is hard to get one.

Perfectly located in the heart of the colorful and vibrant San Blas district, it’s just a 10-minute walk to Cusco’s main square. The staff were incredibly attentive, offering exceptional service throughout my stay. The room had consistently hot water, a reliable heater, and one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve experienced in Peru. I stayed in Room 301, which opened onto a balcony with stunning views of Cusco city and the surrounding mountains. For the price, I truly couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this hotel—easily 5+ stars!

The key was a bit large and difficult to carry around.

Such a great find. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was so good. Location was a short walk into the main square. Quiet location. Really enjoyed my stay here.

If you're a light sleeper, the heater can be a slight problem as it makes noise during the night and early morning, and the shower drains slowly due to the small drain but it wasn't a huge issue for us.

Everything was clean, it has 2 suitcase holders, the bed was comfortable and they offered 2 diff kinds of pillows, the staff were very nice and friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, free access to various teas all day, free airport pickup, and only the front desk can allow people in and out from the front door which provides extra security.

The first room we had only had windows opening into the courtyard of the hotel, so no fresh air. We changed to a room with external windows which was better.

Great location - quite quiet but within easy walking distance of Plaza Mayor de Cuzco. Also within the quieter area of San Blas which has lovely bars and restaurants. The staff were really helpful and organised taxis for us to and from the airport, and also box breakfasts when we had to leave early for trips. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotel overnight when we went to Machu Picchu. There was someone on the desk 24hrs so always available if you needed help. The hotel has a rooftop bar with beautiful views of the city and surrounding landscape. Very good breakfast served from 7-10am, and tea (including coca for altitude sickness) available all the time in the "lobby".
