    The hotel is gloomy!! We had a problem with a hot water and the stuff did nothing! I called the receptionist to tell about hot water and the solution that I received ( after many recalls ) was to open the Left knob ( hot water) and not cold water. Avoid it

    Good location for walking around Miraflores. We enjoyed the breakfast even though the space could be crowded. The suite room was spacious. The massage chairs and sauna in the gym area were really relaxing.

    The room did not match the photos exactly and towels were missing in the room upon our arrival. There was a slight smell to the room and noise from the street could be heard. I wondered if there are other suites that are more upgraded/renovated but I’m not sure.

    Receptionist wasn’t there for check in had to wait 5 mins every time and didn’t speak English (luckily i know some spanish). The room was very below average especially for the price you pay … Moldy smell, almost no power on the shower, a very bright TV light, desk light that kept flickering, no ventilation in the bathroom. Not everything at the included breakfast was on stock …

    1st room was dirty , dusty - complained and was moved to better room

    Fantastic location, great service, very safe, modern facilities, clean and comfortable.

    Minor things like: could not get the cable tv to work so was stuck with local channels; the wifi was odd; and through the bathroom ventilation shaft window I could hear the neighbours on other floors, which was quite amusing, but was solved by closing the bathroom door. Nothing really detracting from the experience or purpose.

    Location is great and the bed is confortable. That's it for the good stuff.

    Staff is clearly unprepared. We waited for over 15 minutes for them to bring our bagage to our room (as they said they'd do) and had to go to reception again, since no one answered, to find our bags there and the person responsible for it doing nothing. The bathroom has a window that doesn't open and no ventilation system. The result was that our bedroom looked like a sauna. There was so much steam the floors and walls were wet. Breakfast was complete chaos. The buffet part of the salon is tiny, there's no hot milk available, wich forms a huge line for the microwave. Anything fresh that should be available wasn't: cheese, ham, eggs, yogurt, fruits. Clean plates are a lot to ask too... it was very unpleasant having to wait for absolutely everything. Plus, there's no sweet options, simple cakes or anything and they charge extra for the most basic things as pancakes with honey, omelettes and papaya juice (I could almost understand it, if there were a lot of other options already included in the menu). To sum up, a terrible experience for the 4 stars they state in booking.
