It's exactly as described. Location is decent, not far from the sea, and close to my favourite restaurant in Miraflores - Porcus. They also store bags for you, at $1 per bag per day, which is handy.

Beds were a little on the small side.

Good location because it was walking distance from the Mira Flores Park. It was close by a local bakery that had delicious bake goods. Staff was friendly and help us very well with booking tour and early check in.

The location was a little further from the centre than expected & the noise of traffic at the roundabout was not good, however the attentive staff made up for I everything & I got some steps in. It was steps away from the coastline…..perfect location for morning walks.

Keep the towels pristine. They try to charge if they have any soiled spots. When you have active kids, that is nearly impossible to avoid!

Air conditioning in the room will help cool down. The little fridge was on a piece of wood that I hit my foot on it that after that I was keeping my shoes on when I was in the room. I think there must be a better way to put that fridge.

It is not very important but the "balcony" I paid for is separated by a door (so it does not add a view from the room) and you can not put even a chair in that balcon. From my point of view, it does not make sense to consider it a better room . Internet was no reliable, it was slow and disconected by moments.

The Internet/Web connection is terrible. Much of the time, we couldn't even download simple Web pages.

I mainly had two issue with my stay. First, and while the staff is friendly, the hotel is understaffed. Somebody needs to be behind the reception desk to let you in or out, and often time I had to wait a while for someone to come and open the garden gate for me. Breakfast was just okay. No plant-based proteins. The other big issue is the hot water was out for a couple of mornings, but I was only refunded for one day.

The location was terrific. I enjoyed running the parks with the view on the ocean.
