Area was not interesting touristically. 15 minute taxi to nearest sights. Hotel was a bit sterile.

Typical, dependable, corporate hotel for our first night in Peru. Really good breakfast, which was appreciated after a long trip. There is a shopping mall and grocery store next door for anything you may have forgotten.

The hotel was fine, but Lima is a pretty awful city. This hotel was a good place if you needed to stay overnight, but I would recommend getting out of Lima as soon as possible. The meals at the restaurant were expensive.

The location was fine, but Lima is a dangerous city so we couldn't walk around at night. There was a shopping mall next door where we could could get a basic food hall meal, so that was fine.

Room service is really nice after a long day of traveling with my 4 year old. Location is very nice I was able to walk where I needed to and then easy to get a taxi or Uber to Miraflores. Nice staff very helpful.

The location was fantastic - very close to museums and churches and the two main historic squares. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Edwin in the bar, who makes the BEST Pisco sours! There is also a shopping mall next door, with everything a visitor needs! The rooftop swimming pool, with backdrop of the Palace of Justice, was also excellent. And the views from the room, over the Paseo de la Republica, were glorious, with organised dancing displays going on every night.

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the old historic centre, with all the interesting sights just a stroll away. The rooftop pool is excellent, with its stunning backdrop of the Palace of Justice, and the staff everywhere are so friendly - the bar in particular is great fun at night, with Pisco sours lining up on the bar! And from the rooms facing the Paseo de la Republica, you have a front row seat over the teams of dancers there every night - a truly amazing sight.

Only one bedside table and lamp! No coffee or tea making facilities.

What a view from our 6th floor room! Spacious, clean and comfy, handy charging station (no need for adaptors), bottled water (unlike in Cusco and from our previous experience in Argentina and Brazil), a bidet too. Friendly helpful front desk staff like Jamina and Gary. A very nice restaurant with friendly, kind and generous staff like Hector and William, besides the delicious food (loved the Peruvian roast potatoes). Enjoyed wandering around on our last day to nearby parks and museums, plazas and churches, plus a handy shopping mall next door. We would certainly stay again and recommend friends and family.

The hotel breakfast was terrible—everything was extremely chaotic, and there were hardly any seats available. The staff had no time to clean up, there was no self-service coffee, and even the tables weren’t cleared, so don’t expect them to have time to serve you coffee. There weren’t even napkins, though luckily, we managed to get forks and spoons. I suggest the hotel assign specific responsibilities to each staff member, such as someone dedicated to serving coffee and someone focused on clearing tables, rather than the current system where staff are responsible for specific areas. Also, since this is a buffet, why isn’t there a self-service coffee machine or a station for guests to grab their own cutlery? It makes no sense to have to wait for someone to bring them.

I was quite satisfied with the hotel’s location and the attitude of the lobby staff.

Just one issue that should have been handled better was a TV was very loud in the adjacent room, made worse by there being a connecting door between the rooms. It was loud at 12am when I went to sleep, but hopefully the person would go to sleep soon. At 4am I was woken up by it. Called reception, their response was I could move rooms rather than contact the person in next room to turn it down. Called again at 4:30am, and spoke to someone else on reception and advised this isn’t my fault, please have someone contact the person next door. He then looked up who was staying there, and turned out to be an empty room. Security was sent up, problem solved. But the cost was me lacking sleep because of this. Surely room service should have turned the tv off when cleaning and the first person contacted at reception should be more on the ball. This issue was annoying, but was the only issue I had and can’t see it being a regular problem, but the hotel should fix up their process in regard to such an issue.

Location - fantastic. Easy walk up to the historic area and I felt very safe with so many people around. Right next door to a big shopping area that had a big supermarket and a food court with many options. Staff - All hotel staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful, especially those in the dining area. Breakfast - Although a little on the pricey side, was very good and there were a lot of options. Room - Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and very clean. Another thing I really enjoyed was the square directly opposite the hotel had a whole lot of people dancing from 6pm to 10pm everyday. Just created a great vibe. I just found myself watching from my room’s window a number of times and again watching from outside the hotel. Was just great to witness. I would be more than happy to stay here again if ever in Lima
