Really comfy and warm bed, lots of space in the room, shower pressure was good and the water was warm (better to take a shower at non-peak times though!) Wifi wasn't bad, lots of options to connect to so if one stops working you can switch over to a different server. Great location in central Cusco, lots of food options and supermarkets nearby.

Zero natural light in the room and no side lamps - the overhead lights are super bright and can be bit much, especially at night. The top of the door is made of glass and there's an automatic light in the hallway which turns on based on motion detection. Was fine for us but wouldn't be great if you are a light sleeper. Soundproofing also not great

Spacious room, lots of blankets. Self check in. Owner was friendly - he communicated via messages and responded quickly. Great location and short walk to city center.

It is located on a main street so you will hear cars and music passing through the night.

Location was good in relation to walking distance to most things in Cusco. Orlando was responsive with concerns.

Our initial room was extremely noisy due to a bar across the road open until after 4am. Showers were difficult to maintain or keep warm.

The room was freaking cold I even got sick from staying there, even with the cover ups and so. The shower never worked, which was unfortunate after long day trips I couldn’t shower more than one minute bc the water was like ice cold. Even if I tried to let it run to warm up it didn’t work. Also, there is a bar that opens every single day!! They stayed woke up until 3am so I couldn’t rest and was always tired when they picked me up for the tours. I wouldn’t stay again here, better to invest more money and actually be able to shower and sleep. Only if you are really broke, stay here

No heating- it was always cold in our room during the night The shower didn't always work- barely hot water when we wanted to take it at night

It was cheap for our purpose which was to leave our luggage while we did the Salkantay Trek

Mold in bathrooms, cracked bathroom ceiling, cold rooms, limited hot water., sticky carpets.

At a junction with traffic noise all day. Hot water was sometimes working.

Keep in mind they charge %20 extra above booking price for 'fees'(?). Loud street, floor and hallway.
