It felt quite sterile and no real vibes. Feels like more of a business hotel.

There was a lot of noise in the early hours which was a problem most days. We therefore had to keep our window (onto the stairwell) closed which meant our room got too stuffy. It would be helpful if the noise could be kept down. I think it was just staff going about their business but seemed very early start, like 4am.

Very comfy rooms and beds with high spec furnishings and linens. Lovely shower room. Big TV. The breakfast was really excellent with plenty of choice and freshly prepared eggs. The wonderful waiter brought us fresh fried eggs every morning and he was very smiley and kind. Lovely common areas with comfortable seating. Covered over courtyard (unlike many other hotels where rain would make the courtyard unusable). We stayed six nights and it was very convenient.

No lifts! We’re in our mid 70s, so having to climb up two flights of stairs probably triggered the mild altitude sickness as soon as we got into the room once more, also door lock tricky and had to get help coming back on this second night. No tea coffee making facility in room. Mate de muña/de coca provided in the lobby unfortunately not our cuppa tea. No bottled water provided either.

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Clean spacious room with comfortable twin double beds. Handy sockets and USB ports for both 110 and 220v. Good breakfast attended by helpful courteous staff.

We actually spent nine days total at this hotel as we arrived a few days prior to our group for a weeklong tour. The tour company had chosen this property for our family group of eighteen and we were all so happy with these accommodations. Centrally located, just a few minutes from the San Pedro market and less than ten minutes from Plaza de Armas. Our first evening we enjoyed a light meal at the hotel's restaurant, their homemade chicken soup was delicious and perfect while we were adjusting to the higher altitude. Breakfast was really good as well, made to order eggs, fresh fruit and juices, home made baked goods, and other items that changed daily. Our rooms varied in size, but overall, enough space, some even had robes and slippers, comfortable beds, reliable hot showers. The house keeping staff did a wonderful job keeping rooms clean and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. The best part of our stay were the incredible, amazing staff in all areas, but especially at the front desk and the porters. Upon check in they were very acommodating with my parents who needed an easy access, no stairs room. On our third day there my mom was showing symptoms of altitude sickness and the staff called a doctor to come over to her room, and also providing a wheel chair for her to use. Throughout our stay, the porters were always so helpful with our parents when entering or leaving the hotel, including getting in and out of taxis. All of the staff were kind, friendly and professional, always a smile on their faces!

All was good.

Lovely colonial building, converted into a lovely hotel. Helpful staff, who prepped a breakfast bag when we had an early start and looked after our bags after check-out. Decent location, close to the historical centre of Cusco!

The property was great - a good location and walking distance to many of the key sights. Good access to restaurants. Our room was spacious with great bathroom and an excellent shower!

A little pricey for Cusco but worth it!

Beautifully decorated place especially the lobby area, very friendly and welcoming staff, big room with clean linen and towels, good location, nice breakfast and overall excellent experience.

After hiking the 4 day Inca trail this was exactly what I needed. A bit of luxury. The room was perfect, clean and the shower was a dream. Don’t even get me started on how comfy the bed was.

The suit is great! Room is big and clean , the staff is nice and helpful, we have a tour at 6am, they help us to pack a to go breakfast. The location is great, just 5mins away from San Pedro train station.
