Everything was very good. The position is close to the center of Miraflores but also not too close to the movida part so quite quiet at night. The room was clean and exactly as in the photo. The breakfast was also good. But the main reason I would recommend this place is the staff, very welcoming and always willing to give some suggestions.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The location was easy to get to. The area was walkable and close to many of the more tourist activities and places we wanted to go to. The actual room was clean and comfortable. The owner and workers were both friendly and made sure we had a nice stay, despite it only being for one night! We had an early morning flight as well and a breakfast to-go was packed for us.

I was arriving early and they were verh flexibel in this. The person before me in the room left early and they made sure that I could check in early aswell. Next to this it’s a quiet location and you can walk to the Mireflores centre in 10 to 15 minutes. All in all great.

Great location, the staff are very helpful and will give you a map and advice on how to get around. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable. They also left out a takeaway breakfast for me as I had to leave for the airport at a silly hour in the morning.

The stairs going to your room can be noisy at night when others are coming and going. I had earplugs, so this didn't bother me. I just thought it might be helpful for future travelers.

Duncan was a fantastic host! The property was incredible value for price, Duncan was so accommodating, breakfast was great, couldn’t recommend enough! Great location in Miraflores.

Room was clean and functional. Very yummy breakfast each morning. On a quiet street near one of the main roads.

It’s very cosy, close to streets with restaurants and on very quiet road. Duncan and his wife Saudi are great hosts and Jacinta and the other lady who cooks (sorry didn’t catch her name) are lovely! Would come back!

The staff was really friendly and gave us loads of tips about Lima. The room was good and clean. It's in a great location, close to the seafront.

The windows were super thin and we could hear a lot of noise coming from a nearby bar.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable room. Excellent location, with lots of amenities near by. Hosts were very welcoming, and prepared a lovely omelet for breakfast each morning. Would recommend!
