Courtyard facing room meant hearing noise from staff and other guests starting between 6 and 7am, bathroom ventilation could have been better, supplied electric heater kept room warm at night, but dried out the air.

The breakfasts were good though the hot food wasn't always hot. The heating and windows could be upgraded. It was hard to keep the rooms warm.

Small boutique hotel in a great location, quiet side street but close to walk to the main square. About 15-18min walk to the train station from which you can get to Perurail. We got a great room with a little Juliet balcony view from which we could see the mountain range. Staff was super helpful and friendly even gave us a 3am breakfast snack box for an early tour we had.

the website (through booking.com) was way too difficult for me to figure out. I was unable to cancel an extra room and had to pay for it. I tried to cancel before I left home but couldn't figure out the website. When I arrived in Cusco, The front-desk person told me I had to cancel on-line, not through him. This did not work out because I did not have a computer with me. And anyway the website of booking.com was very complicated. I think it would be good if you would allow the front desk person to manage cancellations.

This is a fabulous hotel in the San Blas neighbourhood, which is just up the hill from the main square but a great location for beautiful shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff are lovely and so helpful, they put us in touch with a wonderful driver who took us to Ollantaytambo via a sacred valley tour. They stored most of our luggage for a couple of days while we visited Machu Picchu. The rooms are spacious, warm, spotlessly clean and with lovely decor. Couldn’t ask for more. The photos don’t do it justice.

The internet connection was pretty bad at most times in our room. We either had to sit next to the door or sit outside. Also, the window of our room was facing the common area on the first floor, which gives no privacy if the curtains are opened.

The room was overall specious and comfortable. We had a kind size bed that was very large. The bathroom was large and clean. The shower pressure was very strong which was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and the receptionist was helpful to fix a booking issue that had occurred by our fault. We also asked for a breakfast box when we left to do our trip to Machu Picchu, which they did and was greatly appreciated.

Great location near to great restaurants, shops and quaint streets. We found the room very quiet at night, Staff were excellent with everything such as leaving our luggage for two days. Breakfast was the best we had in Sputh America with cooked eggs plus other hot choices, oats and other grains, yoghurt, fresh bread, jams and marmalade and most important, very good coffee. There was free Muna and Coca tea all day. Room was very spacious and a very high standard. Perfect

The only complaint I could have had was that room does not have any heat and it was chilly at night. I called the front desk when I realized this. The staff was very responsive and immediately brought up a small heater which was enough to warm up the room. (NOTE: I am always cold so for others they may not have felt this was needed)

Staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs and questions throughout our stay. The room was so nice and extremely clean. I loved the location. Quiet location which I appreciated as we needed some rest and time to acclimate prior to going on a 4 day trek to Choquequirao. Our luggage was safely stored there while on our trek. Shopping and restaurants close by within walking distance. Nice buffet breakfast with several choices included in our room rate. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

My only complaint is that my room shared a wall with what seemed to be the laundry:maintenance room so it was noisier and afforded me less privacy than I would have liked.

Breakfast was fantastic, a delicious spread, and the dining room atmosphere was wonderful-- lots of cool art. The whole place was quaint and charming and comfortable, with a sunny courtyard and a grassy area with lounge chairs. It's in a great area, old cobblestone streets with easy walks to shops and restaurants.

The courtyard could be noisy, especially if other guests were up early leaving for Rainbow Mountain or another early morning excursion. It would have been nice if everyone was warned to keep their voices down at those early hours, until they were in the breakfast or lobby area.

The location was ideal, easy walking to main square and other tourist sites. Restaurants and shops were very convenient. The staff were very attentive and always available if you had questions or needed directions. Breakfast was lovely.
