My bathroom was dirty and even though I looked it, still other people used it when I was in my room. Also, the host did not inform other people staying there about quiet hours which led to excessive noise throughout the entire night. Even though the host was staying in the same place, he did nothing about the excessive noise. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, there are significantly better options to be found literally on the same street that are cheaper as well. Would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here.

we really liked our stay. it's a small place with only 4 rooms. our room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed. you can use the kitchen there to prepare your own meal if you like. the host is very very friendly and we liked her and her dog (living upstairs) very much. we'd always come back to this place when we are in Lima.

Everything was nice. I stayed only one night, and it was like I had seen on booking.com. Clean and welcomed place.

The location and the staff were nice.

The pictures on booking look much better than how the room actually looks, at least the room we had was quite sad looking, the bed was small and our external private bathroom was far from the room. They charge extra 5% if you pay by card.

Very good Hotel in a quiet street of Miraflores. Extremely friendly personal. Bars , Restaurants and Cafés are very near

As the window goes to the corridor, i lacked fresh air. Though there is an air conditioning. On another side it was silent.

Owner told me they only opened half a year, always keeping very clean everywhere. A quiet, small place, only have four family rooms.

All rooms only have window in one side, cannot have fresh air circulated, Although each room has private bathroom, it’s not connected. All bathrooms are located in another end, you have to lock the bedroom , walk around to bathroom, not convenientl in the night.

Superb location, good value for money

Decent place for just a quick nights sleep before continuing. We had a good sized room and good beds.

Room was stuffy without window and ceiling fan only worked with light on. Long walk to bathroom with very slippery tile outside shower (I fell). Very minimal common area. No towel.

The staff was friendly and helpfull.The price was good.And it was clean.

No good ventilation.The fan only works if the light is on.No window,just a little one into the hall.Couldn't breath at the night time.
