The staff was very welcoming and the beds in the dorm offered enough privacy

We booked a private room with double beds and it was so cute. Split level and its own bathroom with nice hot shower. The staff were super friendly and welcoming and the breakfast options were simple but decent. This hostel is a bit more chill, theres a nice communal social space but it isnt a party vibe, which with all the trips and activities to do in cusco this was a relief as it meant a good nights sleep!

Nice hostel with a very relaxed vibe. I had a private room which was nice. And the staff were great.

The only small downside was that there aren’t many bathrooms and they are very small with not much changing space unless you want to be out in the open!

The room I had was a mini apartment with a lovely bathroom, sofa, massive tv and very comfortable warm beds with big blankets.

This isn’t a very social hostel, people don’t interact much. The breakfast is also a little basic.

The location is great, within walking distance to the main square, but smin a quiet area, off the main roads. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a very comfortable stay. This is not a party hostel, so at night everything was quiet, perfect to rest. The beds arranged as little pods are comfortable and allow for privacy.

    Nothing to dislike!

The hostel is very well decorated and new.

It isn’t very well insulated so the hostel tends to be permanently cold.

Not much. Typical Booking.com false advertising.

    Everything. The staff were clueless.

It felt like a home, because the hostel had a lot of places where you could hang out. It was calm, which makes it a perfect place to stay it your doing hikes etc. The breakfast was included and it was good. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had in a hostel. The location was good.

    Loved everything.

    Good breakfast, friendly staff.

It is impossible to sleep in this hostel. All the bed units are connected and the floor is made out of wood, so every strep people take is resonating through all the beds. Similarly if people climb up and down the beds (which happened all night and all morning), the vibrations resonate through all the bed units. Reading comments that this hostel is calmI, I booked this stay after the Salkantay trek to rest as I was sick, but at least for my room (Room F), this was not at all the case. It was impossible to sleep through the evening, night or morning as people got up at all times for tours. I checked out after 2 days as I didn’t get any sleep and felt terrible. The hostel is also not social.
