Communication about which room we were allocated was not given. Our door code did not work, we needed to go back to the airport to get internet connection to ask about that. The reply was quite a while coming in. Once they told us which room, and a new lockbox code we were able to get in ok. The help phone number given on the website went straight to an answer phone x3. A web search gave another number which was not answered. The room had flaking, peeling paint in big patches on two sides of the bedroom and the toilet walls. Not at all like the pictures advertising the place which were misleading. If I had seen a picture of that I would not have booked a room. While waiting outside the main door a rat ran past us. There were a lot of ants crawling on the floor. Our room faced the street, we struggled with the level of vehicle noise, especially the motor bikes, and boom boom music of passing and parked cars. Shutting all the windows helped a little. The neighbourhood was dirty, and a poor area, we were warned not to walk about at night, and we did not feel particularly safe waiting for the check-in time until sitting in a nearby cafe. Facilities...nice to have a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. However there was not much cutlery e.g.only one fork. There was only one folding chair which was odd for a couple to share. Getting payment to Airport Manini through the booking.com app was a nightmare. Scams have been reported, and their messaging sounded like a scam. They were unable to use the master card I had used for another provider in Raiatea the night before, even though I went through the verification process. I deleted that card, and loaded a visa card, which they could not see. Eventually we paid by direct bank transfer which incurred bank fees, and takes at least 2 days to complete. Maybe the problem lies with booking.com? Overall, I would not recommend this place to stay.

Proximity to airport was good, we could easily walk there, but managing the luggage along the rough footpath where cars park was challenging. Comfortable bed, with quality bedding. Gorgeous smelling tiare shower soap and shampoo. A coffee pod machine, thoughtfully even decaff coffee was provided. Being able to store our luggage before and after check in was VERY helpful. Communication about that was clear. The aircon worked well and was appreciated.

'A 10 min walk' from airport in the dark, was impossible. Only a taxi could find it as more back roads, poor lighting, and uneven roadways .

A short taxi ride from airport, when we came in at 2.30am on the morning . Comfortable bed, Pre-arrival communication was excellent, carefully spelling out the key and code system of the door with no one in attendance at that time of night

The sound isolation wasn't great. You could literally hear everything from outside.

The room was very clean and looked after. Unfortunately, it was on a very usy road and it was very noisy all night long. Very closed to the airport.

The place was not very clean.. there was a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom and the fridge had some black mold on its shelves.

The place was quite close to the airport and the indication to get us there were helpful to get there.

Despite numerous attempts & communications with the admin staff, we still await the NZD1000,00 the took out of my account & claimed it to be a "holding fee".We were assured that we will get it back. We're back in NZ, but the money is still outstanding. We have stayed in a variety of places in Moorea & not once did this occur. The group is known as Farebnb . On my return I booked into another airport motel, and will NEVER recommend this place.

You can hear all the sounds from the streets which really disturb sleeping. Even though it was a weekday, there were people blasting music right under our window and people were revving their cars and motorbikes until like 2:00 AM late so if you can't sleep in the noise this is not probably the best for you.

Budget lodge for one night close to the airport. Good option for early flights. 10 minute walk from the airport. Also a great pizza place nearby. The room itself was okay.

Awaiting for directions to get in. I was giving walking directions, but codes were to be sent around 2:45 pm before checking. Noticed around 5 pm that they had not be sent, emailed before my flight and received them.

Location, close to airport. Walked to the airport in the morning, about 10 mins. At 2:30 am I took a taxi, around $20 for a 3 -5 min ride. Good choice as I did not want to be wandering around at that time. Had directions, but just in case. Room was very clean, rooster a little annoying, there are many in Tahiti. The lady cleaner very kindly helped me down the stairs with the luggage. She just did it, then pointed me in airport direction. Room was very clean, water and snack in the fridge, most welcome. Perfect for night of arrival or night before leaving.

Busy street out of owner’s control and I think when travelling you never rest well the night before you fly out.

One the best Studio we stayed in Papeete for comfort and being clean suitable for 4 adults. Great air conditioning.

Very challenging to get into the property as they do not send the necessary information until hours before your arrival. The Tahiti airport has limited WiFi as well so we almost could not enter the hotel or get into our room. No one answered the phone when we called for assistance. Thankfully some other hotel guests were able to assist us and give us the hotel WiFi password.

Although we felt safe, there were drug dealers downstairs actively dealing and the noise from mopeds and motorbikes was so loud it woke us up multiple times

Having to ask multiple times for key codes. Outside of the windows dirty, so I could not take photos through the glass. The little step into the kitchen almost tripped me up!

As an older female traveller alone arriving at 2200hrs I was concerned that I had to email multiple times to ask for the key codes. After my stay I then received three emails with the key codes after I departed. Not efficient at all. Thankful to have a clean room very close to airport.

A bit further than airport hotel. Hard to walk w luggage. Tiny sink w wet floor since it was located inside shower area. Provided free bottle of water in fridge but unfortunately we didn’t know in complimentary.
