A steep hill to the property. Unfortunately, pitch dark at night and a very uneven, unlit road full of deep potholes.

It had everything we need, the host is awesome and always helpful. Location is close and walking distance to shops and town. Also located in a very quiet area, we highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the beautiful Island of Tahiti.

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, yet 10 min walk from the city attractions and restaurants.

The street leading to the property is steep with lots of potholes, so careful driving is a must.

Quiet area. Close to supermarket. Spacious, large and comfortable apartment. Plenty of linen Taxi from airport safe and affordable; see chart in my photos.

No coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. 🥲 Bed too hard for us.(60 yr olds)

The property is well equipped and comfortable. Good location to centre of town. Good communication from owners. They arranged for us to be taken back to airport.

My only complaint is the gardeners were strimming from 7am - 11.30 on a Saturday morning. Not very considerate for guests or neighbours.

Perfect accommodation my 1-week stay, lovely and helpful host, clean and functional villa with nice outdoor space, secure access and parking, great location. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay thank you!

Honestly no bad points.

Spacious and quiet appartment. The instructions and everything is clear and easy to find.

Very clean modern and there is nothing you need a 5 min walk to the super market i think its great value and would not hesitate staying here again

The taxi driver had a bit of a problen knowing were it was but when he saw the picture that i had printed out of the entrance he then knew it as Caban Magic. If you are arriving after dark make sure you have a torch of some type for the lock box The only other problem for some would be the hill but most will be ok

The view was very nice and the location was near the city center of Papeete.

The access Road was in a miserable condition.

Wifi and arrival were a challenge but property owner very responsive and tried to help quickly

Great location for downtown Papeete. Huge apartment with everything you need for a longer stay.

The location was excellent. It took 10 minutes to get to central Papeete and just 3 minutes to the local beautiful park and 5 minutes to the Harbour. It also took 5 minutes to the supermarket - which was open every day and stocked a wide variety of everything including wines and spirits. The host ansered any queries within 5 minutes and sorted out any issues.

There was no dishwasher but I wasn't too disappointed. I could see that there had been one previously installed. I would have liked to see instructions for the television and washing machine, rather than using trial and error which wasted a lot of time.

Modern and stylish. Very private. Good communication by host. Friendly hosts. Great location central Papeete.

Was a little hard to find the house. Host sent code to open gateway as a mp4 video that had to be downloaded - this was terrible for us because it took forever to download as we had weak cellphone signal and roaming charges as foreign visitors. We didn’t know until we got there that this would be the situation.

Great location

Excellent facilities, really well equipped kitchen, good wifi, spacious, clean, inside and outside living areas, good TV, aircon in bedroom, fan in living room, pleasant decoration in unit. Really nice.

A little hard to get in. We arrived in the middle of the night after a long flight. Lock box a bit hard to figure out, no one around to help. But we did manage and then all was plain sailing.

Spacious appartment, luxurious,, very comfortable with terrace and enclosed space for your car. Safe. Responsive owner. Self check inn. Supermarket nearby.
