It had everything we need, the host is awesome and always helpful. Location is close and walking distance to shops and town. Also located in a very quiet area, we highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the beautiful Island of Tahiti.

The street leading to the property is steep with lots of potholes, so careful driving is a must.

My only complaint is the gardeners were strimming from 7am - 11.30 on a Saturday morning. Not very considerate for guests or neighbours.

The property is well equipped and comfortable. Good location to centre of town. Good communication from owners. They arranged for us to be taken back to airport.

The taxi driver had a bit of a problen knowing were it was but when he saw the picture that i had printed out of the entrance he then knew it as Caban Magic. If you are arriving after dark make sure you have a torch of some type for the lock box The only other problem for some would be the hill but most will be ok

There was no dishwasher but I wasn't too disappointed. I could see that there had been one previously installed. I would have liked to see instructions for the television and washing machine, rather than using trial and error which wasted a lot of time.

The location was excellent. It took 10 minutes to get to central Papeete and just 3 minutes to the local beautiful park and 5 minutes to the Harbour. It also took 5 minutes to the supermarket - which was open every day and stocked a wide variety of everything including wines and spirits. The host ansered any queries within 5 minutes and sorted out any issues.

Was a little hard to find the house. Host sent code to open gateway as a mp4 video that had to be downloaded - this was terrible for us because it took forever to download as we had weak cellphone signal and roaming charges as foreign visitors. We didn’t know until we got there that this would be the situation.

A little hard to get in. We arrived in the middle of the night after a long flight. Lock box a bit hard to figure out, no one around to help. But we did manage and then all was plain sailing.

Excellent facilities, really well equipped kitchen, good wifi, spacious, clean, inside and outside living areas, good TV, aircon in bedroom, fan in living room, pleasant decoration in unit. Really nice.

Nothing to not like about this villa.

We liked everything about the property. We stayed for 5 nights and it’s location and condition were excellent. It was spacious, modern, close to all important places. Kitchen was full size, it had AC, garden, parking space etc. and very reasonably priced. We will highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Tahiti.

We met the owner who is a SUPER NICE Gentleman and was kind to allow us to stay a bit longer beyond check out time and then to assist with storing our luggage before a taxi cam to take us to the airport - THANK YOU Mr. Tevai! Highly RECOMMENDED!

Apartment has great view of papeete ,cooling breeze everyday was great..unit has everything you need ..supermarket close and foreshore walk into town takes approx 20 minutes
