Could do with a proper sofa bed in the lounge especially as there's lots of room. Everything else was great.

Very close to market, ferry terminal, shops and restaurants - excellent location. Spacious apartment and was very comfortable and safe. Highly recommend for a short stay.

The property was a great stopover for arriving in Papeete and heading off to Moorea from the ferry terminal the next day. Great location close to close to restaurants. Spacious and comfortable… no fancy overheads. Very accommodating hostess who was there to let us in for a very late arrival and also allowed us a late check out the next day. We were very grateful of this.

Everything was good.

We chose it because of the location. We needed something close to the port. Friday was kind and welcoming, and we surpassed the language barrier easily with Google Translate. She was willing to help and assist with anything. The apartment is spacious and clean. It is perhaps old but it is clean and serves the purpose. Good value for money.

A few lights were out in the exterior hallways, but that is NOT the hosts issue! A small to medium car is best for getting in the provided free parking, unless you are a lot better driver than I am (I had a van).

Perfect overnight stay after arriving late and departing in the morning to Mo'orea! Clean and comfortable. I did rent a largish van, and was not willing to try and park in the inside parking (some pretty tight turns), so we parked on the street.

Mainly the tree cockroaches. There wasn’t that many but I really don’t like them. The paint needed a refresh.

The kitchen should have new pots and pans, we travel with children and we cook very often. It would be nice to have new utensils, but this was not a problem.

Parking was awful. Finding the place is hard especially at night. The elevator buttons are missing- so you can’t use it to bring down your luggage.

No working light switch in the stairs at the top, but you can use your phone. Just needs to be fixed.

Nice place, two bedrooms, it's got AC but you barely need it. It's quiet. Very close to the ferry (3 minutes walk). Also very close to an ATM to withdraw money, close to a market to shop food, close to a pharmacy, close to Vini for SIM cards, and close to restaurants. Much better than a hotel. Friendly people in the building. Tapu is super nice and met us at the property to show us around and give us the keys.

Shower needed better cleaning.

Location was in the downtown area very close and convenient to the ferry and cruise ship docks. Apartment was quiet, with good facilities. Owner has been slowly upgrading the apartment and was installing new AC during our visit.

The entrance and elevator were a bit sketchy. The apartment was very good and we were able to get in early which was a huge bonus as we were at the Ferry terminal and the host made arrangements for a cab to take us to the airport.

We did not use the kitchen but it looked to be very well stocked. The person that let us in also made the arrangement to have a cab (which was large enough) to pick up the 4 of us with our luggage.

The location near the ferry was fantastic and easy to find. The check in and check out was easy. Value for money was excellent.

Pretty seedy building. Tricky entrance to car park.

The location is the main advantage of this property, within easy walking distance from the market, Moorea ferry, patisseries and restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable.

We were met onsite to be let into the apartment .This was fortunately coordinated for us by our taxi driver as we didnt have a local phone . It could have been tricky otherwise. There is no signage only a small street number and a metal gate as an entrance Please take a torch. The corridors outside the apartment are pitch black during the daytime.

The apartment was spacious ,clean and well equipped. Its location to downtown meant everything was within easy walking distance . Keep in mind most places are closed on Sunday. The owner was exceptionally helpful
