The owner came and picked us up after disembarking the ship,free of charge. He also took us to the airport for a small fee the next day. Excellent service!

In an appartment block so was noisy sometimes.

Plenty of room. Rooftop pool. Close to shopping. Car parking available. Host was terrific. Airport pick up. Fresh coconut bread from the host.

Noisy roosters in the morning

Plenty of space. Short walk to town and the waterfront. Carlos the host was fantastic. Picked us up at the airport just after Midnight. Baked us a huge fresh loaf of coconut bread. Dropped us off at the Cruise terminal. Terrific host.

It is an older building but it looks as if all the buildings around that area are on the older side.

Very convenient location with a bakery with coffee next door, supermarket up the road with atm, and 5-10 minute walk to waterfront and ferry. Airport pickup was very convenient and Carlos explained a lot about the area and even dropped off sweet bread in the morning.

The bathroom was not cleaned as there was still hair in the shower however everything else looked cleaned!

The location is good as it is walkable to the ferry port and lots of restaurants and shops. The property has a rooftop pool which is an added bonus.

It did not feel very clean. The curtains were stained and I had read the same complaint in past reviews.

I like that our host picked us up and drop us off at the airport (5am). He gave us suggested a great French restaurant a walking distance, he pointed out supermarket, bar with live music, etc. The property is in a good location. We felt save walking late nigth back to the apartment. We were able to do laundry which was important for us. The apartment has all the basics. The pool is beautiful with an fantastic view to the mountains.

No toaster. Smart tv was a bit complicated for us.

Position. Carlos collected us from cruise centre and took us to apartment. Supermart nearby, pool if desired on rooftop with great view. Everything worked well. Even a washing machine!

AC worked. The rooftop pool has a great view. And location! There's a boulangerie right on the coirner. Several cafés, a supermarket two blocks away, and a short walk to the city market and downtown.

Carlos met me at the port in his car, and showed me to my room. He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and took me to the airport at 5AM when I departed! Maururu Carlos. My suite was located in an apartment complex with a secure front door. It was very quiet. The room was spacious and well appointed - a very comfortable bed, a balcony, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen (a cooktop but no oven). Everything was provided - crockery, microwave, a good-sized refridgerator, a dining table, and even a washing machine and an iron. It has a good strong shower with plenty of hot water. There's a pharmacy and supermarket a few minutes away on the main road Av. du Regent Paraita, and it's just an eight minute stroll to the waterfront. The apartment is older and is typical of homes in Papeete. It isn't a 5 star hotel which why I booked here. I wanted to be amongst the locals, not a tourist.

really great and friendly host, but please pay attention to communication when meeting at the airport, provide exact details where you are in order to meet. The room was fine with a large balcony, no need for view as you can climb up to the 6th floor and we needed silence. Room is clean, bed is good, also towels. Coffee and tea offered. There are enough electric sockets if you know to find them. there is a boulangerie literally 80m away, and Shell gas station at 5 minutes walk with incredibly well supplied store, you can find any food for breakfast there. So, you just have to open your eyes, not like some other guests. I would come again if I had the chance.

Building was dark. Parking was tight so if you drive pick a small car, which we did. AC needed a while to get cold.

Owner Carlos picked us up at the airport and showed us where everything was. He also drove us to the airport the next day to pick up a rental car as we were taking the ferry to Moorea. Location was very good close to supermarket, pharmacy and the center of town, including restaurants, market area. Area was safe.

I paid for a five member family and they’re always sleeping for four. My thinking is I should not have been charged extra for the single room I had as the breakfast was a croissant and a hot drink. In conclusion, five members had to accommodate to the booking charge for three but cost for five(2 adult, 3 children).

Location just OK

Carlos met us after we got off of our cruise ship and took our luggage back to our room for us until it was ready. He came back later and took us to our room when it was time to check in. This was a great service and help to us. We enjoyed having AC in our room and some dishes to use.

A couple of roaches were found in the bathroom. Not enough toilet paper. The breakfast was a ticket for a croissent at nearby bakery.

Location was great. Transportation to the property was very good. Carlos is wonderful.

The elevator did not work so I had to climb many stairs to get to the pool. The mattress was a little hard and the air conditioner was a little noisy.

The host was extremely helpful and organised an excellent tour for me. The rooftop pool was fantastic with views of Papeete. Location handy to bakery and supermarket.

The pool and the view from the roof top was amazing. The location from the airport and port was great. Carolos was very helpful. He picked us up from the port and then drove us to the airport. He gave us the keys and explained how they worked.

There was a bit too much large furniture so it felt rather cluttered. Extra toilet paper would have been handy.

Carlos was a great host, very helpful. He picked us up and returned us to the airport. The property is in a great location close to town and the supermarket. It was well equipped with lots of extras like coffee maker etc. The pool on the roof was a bonus.
