A bit pricy. Restaurant and bar pices are a bit high. However youdefintly get what you pay for. Overall great experince. If we have to make a choice again, would choose staying in the same hotel defintly.

We stayed in FS for 5 nights. This is the place to be in Bora Bora. Real luxury hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were cleaned twice a day witht twice a day water refill. Food in the 4 restaurants was descent with planty of options for vegetarianS as well. Breakfast was a la carte + buffet and it was amazing. Boat shuttle to main island available for a fee as well as clumlb taxi to rooms inside the resort for free.Hotel was exceptionally clean. Amenties were above and beyond. Service was on another level. The beach and sea is the most beautiful in the worlds. Very serane. Real paradise on earth.

The staff was very mediocre. Everything, including basics like ice or turndown service, fresh towels must be requested on the app. honestly I do not want to live by my phone - how about inquiring if we want turndown and towels each day. Nothing. we had to call every day for towels and requested ice each evening, it was a 50/50 it would show up. Dinner food was just ok and expensive. One evening the waiter actually sneezed on our food - no kidding. It was our 20 year anniversary and hey, we got a card. Breakfast was excellent, breakfast staff was superb. Beach stall and pool excellent. Also, the bungalows were worn and it showed. My robe was frayed, the tub was old and dirty and the slats in the shutters were missing and being held together with zip ties. For the cost of the Four Seasons I would not stay again. I would definitely take my $$ to the St. Regis. The Four Seasons Athens and Four Season Hualalai blow this property away. If I was paying Hilton prices it would have been fabulous, but FS prices - no way.

Let's face it anywhere in Bora Bora is outstanding. The Four Seasons property is beautiful, excellent breakfast, beautiful lagoon and snorkeling. You truly are in paradise and the overwater bungalows and spacious and quiet.

1. Very minor … several maintenance items due to rusting;

1. Over the water bungalows are amazing; 2. Staff are very friendly and helpful; 3. Get your own swim launch pad and ladder / outdoor shower; 4. Get your own-private sunning chairs; 5. Get your own shaded table and outdoor chairs; 6. Huge bathtub with shades that recess for lagoon views 7. Really good food, … exceptional and dietary choices are handled very well ( Vega, GF, … ); 8. Clothes washer and dryers available with provided soap at laundry and ice huts; 9. Amazing gardens and aquatic areas; 10. Electric golf carts provided rides and luggage delivery; 11. Amazing spa / massage staff-; facilities; private hot pool; locker rooms.

Hotel has amazing location and view on the mountain. Staff is very nice and happy, we enjoyed every single minute at the hotel and will for sure come back again in the future. Lagoon water is crystal clear blue, we enjoyed all activities that we booked with four season such as canoe breakfast, sharks, water breakfast etc…I have no words to describe that heaven on earth. Thank you for everything our holiday was amazing

Room had view neither on the island of Bora Bora nor on sunsets. Food was underwhelming.

Leaving, it was emotional definitively.

This place truly feels like paradise on Earth. The property is impeccably maintained, and the staff is super nice, from housekeeping all the way up to the General Manager whom we were lucky to meet. Even rare minor issues are addressed immediately and efficiently, ensuring a perfect stay.

Spectacular views! Very helpful and warm staff always eager to make your vacation unforgetable. The area was fantastic especially the lagoon where you could snoorkel and admire underwater life. Our villa was astonishing, aquiped with everything we needed. We will come back for sure!

Some of the evening meal restaurant choices are very expensive, and we were expecting better "best in the world" type meals. Great, but not exceptional. Italian night disappointing but great service.

Breakfast exceptional and in a beautiful location overlooking lagoon and Mt Otemanu. Plenty of choices breakfast food. Service exceptional, not wanting for anything.

My honeymoon at the Four Seasons Hotel in Bora Bora was nothing short of paradise on earth. The location and views were breathtaking, making every moment truly magical. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and making us feel incredibly special. We’re already planning our return trip because this experience was simply unforgettable.

We reserved a room with a lagoon view, but received a mountain view. It was suppose to be an upgrade, but we would have preferred our original lagoon view. Our deck was always sunny and we couldn't just relax on it with shade. Food and drinks were expensive. Our check in time was late and we were dissapointed.

The property was beautiful. All staff were very friendly and welcomed you by knowing your name.

I am not convinced that the cost is justified compared to the other options.

I stayed in a beautiful over lagoon room with a plunge pool and would definitely stay in a similar type of accommodation! I only had breakfast, but that was first class. Check out was very smooth and I know they were flexible with departure time if your flight was delayed. The location was safe including wandering off to the gym at night even though there was a buggy available to take you anywhere else on the property if you preferred. I had a lovely stay including their help organising two tours which went smoothly.

It is very hard to fault anything with this property perhaps the only complaint would be that some of the food was inconsistent in quality but that would be being picky!

The only very (and I mean very minor) issue is that most of the facilities are 9-5. It you have breakfast at 6:30 am there isn’t much to do except relax by the pool until 9. This isn’t a place to be active at the low UV levels but that also isn’t the point of a stay at Bora Bora :)

The attention to detail at the property was second to none. The app is fantastic and allows you to book anything from a shuttle from the overwater bungalow to restaurant reservation, it was amazing. The stay feels very personal with personalised messages upon entry and exit and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
