Food was mediocre and overpriced. Water prices were inconsistent between restaurants. It would be complimentary at one, $10 at another. Landscaping woke us up early morning on Tuesday. And mattress had a dip in one area that caused back pain.

When I booked, I thought I was getting an over the water villa, due to a picture that showed an over the water villa. but when checking in I was informed I had a lagoon view. I feel it was a little misleading. Upon leaving I was told I would get an emailed receipt of all the charges it is now 2 days later, and I still don't have an emailed receipt.

Breakfast was excellent and the Tahitian dance show was very good. The staff was very friendly, and I think it rubbed off on the customers too. We made several new friends.

Everything from when we landed in the airport until we left was amazing. Our concerige, Mahana, was exceptional. Everything was top notch and we wish we were able to stay longer.

It rained all the time. (the hotel dos not have any activities during rhis period of raining) too bad... we were all the time on a chair or in our room. Sugestions like many hotels: food class - mixology class. how to saw with natural leaves etc.... the only good thing video abput manta rays. BAD FOR THAT. is an expensive hotel and you don´t think that the weaher could be no nice....

Nothing, but for safety We would like a railing added to the steps down at 410 and perhaps some other garden bungalows...also something to indicate there is a step down on the deck past the plunge pool prior to the railing.

Tried all 4 restaurants - all were wonderful ! French, Chinese, buffets, bar ... The staff were all so lovely and attentive, The scuba diving and snorkeling were both great. The boat operators were excellent.

On final day we arranged shuttle to Vaitape on big island - booked day before - no one told us that Vaitape would be shut down for a special holiday…😢😢

The only thing i would change would be the boat trip charge. While taking the boat is the only way to access the hotel, making guests pay an additional (and expensive) fee for that travel is not fair. It should be complimentary.

Great hospitality and huge care from the staff. Modern, elegant rooms. Great food - almost everything we tasted was delicious! The nature is also amazing!

small thinks doesn’t work, appliances in the motu, reservation restaurants (would be by app and not by a concierge), I miss all the polinesian traditions, shows…too poor on this point, restaurants are not well (it’s difficult and hard made a comment considering the location)…I.e. “Chinese restaurant” rice with meet it’s too simple (for the price I mean), “Japan restaurant” a simple sushi …I doesn’t work for me….(same por the price), breakfast without a complete buffet (same, considering the price)….

The place it’s a paradise….all wonderful.

The service was top notch. The staff met every one of our needs immediately, and went above and beyond to make our trip special. The view from our room was ideal. They sent a birthday cake to our room on my birthday! We'll definitely come back!

The food and drinks are pretty expensive. The food and drinks taste great, but make sure you budget for that cost. What do you expect though? You are on an island in paradise and the service is absolutely unmatched, so it's worth every penny.

Paradise! This place is a heaven on earth. From the minute you arrive you are treated so well. Every single person is so nice and the property is absolutely incredible! I had a smile on my face even in my sleep!

Staff/Service: for the level of the hotel, service was a bit hit and miss. Some staff were great, but numerous times we had to ask for things multiple times. We had to chase housekeeping a few times where the room hadn't been made-up by 3pm.

Our villa was fantastic. I think probably the best overwater villa I've stayed in. Large, lots of thoughtful touches. The setting is incredibly beautiful. Quality of food at the restaurants is excellent; breakfast selection is very good and pastries especially are top notch
