They hotel does an excellent job of buffering the discotheque noise next door but you can still feel the bass of the music well into the early morning hours.

We did not have breakfast included but the coffee shop has a variety of breakfast options, all of which are delicious.

We had a room facing the docks and there are a few nightclubs at street level. It was noisy on the Friday night we were there. Ask for a room that is NOT by the elevator for a quieter experience.

The overall design of the hotel is very modern with lots of natural textures (wood, plants, and basalt). They have triple sliders to the balcony which provides significant noise reduction from the road and port. The adjoining cafe had good coffee and pastries. Parking in a secure lot was available for ~20USD/night.

We were given a room on the 6th floor. The bar/restaurant is right above it, it was really loud and had trouble sleeping.

Our room had a bath but no shower. There was a hand held spout but it was immpossible to stand in the bath and shower yourself without the water going everywhere. There was no floor drain.

It was impossible to hold water in the sink, which resulted in much wasted water when shaving. Breakfast was basic with little being done to ensure items were topped up. On our final morning, bread, scrambled eggs and fruit juices became exhausted and none of the three staff (who appeared busy) took notice of the shortages.

Room was a good size and well appointed with lots of storage space, although the Scott machine seemed superfluous as there was also a kettle for heating water. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was simple. Breakfast was a buffet available in the adjacent coffee bar.

The problem accessing the lift in the late afternoons, at night and on weekends. No laundry facilities. Nowhere to sit outside. Rough neighbourhood.

The location was great and the room was large and beautifully appointed. The bed was very comfortable. They have a lovely restaurant with a view of the harbor and a great rooftop bar.

The rooftop bar has great views, pizza and drinks but it was so busy that unfortunately we couldn't get a drink or a seat.

Location across the road from the ferry was very convenient as we had to catch the ferry to Moorea the next morning. Also walking to the shops and market in town for a day of shopping is so easy. For a couple of nights in Papeete this is the best place to stay in Papeete town. There are also nice restaurants on the waterfront about a ten minute walk down the road.

We liked everything. Hotel accomodation in Papeete is expensive but this was much better value for money than the other hotel we stayed in in Papeete.

The room was large and the kitchenette was well set up which saved us a lot of money as eating out in Papeete is very expensive. The room was double glazed so very quiet. The staff were so helpful and there is a great bar upstairs and amazing restaurant.

Hotel is new and very comfortable. Location is great. It is in the moddle of the city and across the street of the port. Amazing bar on the rooftop with beautiful view. I was in 5th floor and didn't have problem with the music from nightclubs. If you close windows,you dont hear anything. Appartment was very comfortable and very clean. Cleaner lady really did her best and was very helpful.

The main restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday which were the days that we stayed. One elevator which was closed for maintenance for a few hours.
