Very nice apartment, well equipped and easy to find, 10min from airport

The hallways to the apartment were a little dark even though they were very secure. We figured out how to use the lights better though and then entering and exiting was smooth!

The villa was perfect! Wonderful, large balcony with comfortable seating and a gorgeous view of Papeete. Very comfortable sleeping for all of us. The owners were so easy to reach and helpful with questions. The infinity pool was magical.

Was a bit difficult to find the apartment with the dark corridors. It was like a maze but once we learnt where the lights were it was ok

No light in the hallway to arrive to your room. My kid was very scared and that's the least you need during vacations. Also if you have luggage it is not convenient at all as it has very steep access (once dropped by taxi).

The key situation was a little confusing as we could not figure out how to open the key lock..lol.. after a long flight brain fog may had something to do with it. Just remember the hallways will be dark and have to go through garage and long hallway to get to room areas.

Automatic lights in the communal corridors ! And better pool loungers - but that’s not the owners fault.

This is a gorgeous apartment, it is fully equipped, clean with a separate bedroom with a large comfortable bed. Big balcony with a sofa and great views. Parking is free and the swimming pool gorgeous. We walked to the supermarket it took us 10 minutes, 15 on the way back as the apartment is up a steep hill. The instructions provided to get in are perfect, the apartment complex is a bit hard to navigate but the instructions really guide you. If I ever come back to Tahiti I would stay here again. Thank you.

The building location was challenging and directions were lengthy and not clear...for example, the "address" is simply the Road name. There is a building name...that would've been much more helpful as it's google-able. All the "steps" in finding the place, the keys, the parking, the apartment floor (which was not included in my direct communication with the host), and then all the timed light switches...made it difficult for my 86 year old mother. The place was fine once in...but there's nothing around it for dining, etc.

The space was fine. If you are looking for an apartment and nothing else, it fits the bill. Long term, great. But not for one night stays.

Hallways and parking were a little sketchy, but the detailed instructions were very helpful. We needed more guidance on which buttons to press in the elevator. We ended up on the wrong floors a few times, but finally figured it out.

Located 1/2 hour walk from downtown and up a steep hill so need a taxi to get there. Doesn’t have a proper entrance- have to walk through parking garage and a maze of dark hallways to get to the apartment.

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment. The day we arrived, we walked from the ferry terminal. The distance was fine for us but the final hill up to the apartment complex is very steep! So, just a warning to anyone planning to arrive on foot... It is a hard hill to walk up with suitcases (but we managed), so a taxi is recommended. We enjoyed the walk down the hill into Papeete though :)

The instructions from the host were excellent and easy to follow (which was great as neither of us speak French). The apartment is beautifully presented with everything we needed. The large balcony was great and the view of the courtyard was nice. The pool is beautiful with lovely views.

Location is not ideal without a car requiring expensive taxi fares if carrying luggage, or tired or not up to walk up a steep hill from a nearby bus stop. But if not, then being up high on a hill with lovely views of either hills or the harbour is a delight. And it is away from the crowded bustle of die town living amongst local residents.

Stylish interior, clean, good facilities such as diishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge & well stocked crockery etc.

It was a good size for the two of us. It was spotless. Had good kitchen with large fridge and coffee machine. Great air conditioning. Lovely pool - best pool for a complex that we have seen.

Just the entrance to the property. Everything else is wonderful.

This “grand suite” is absolutely beautiful. Everything is decorated so tastefully and it is quiet, close to the airport and the air conditioning works wonderfully. We used both the gorgeous pool and patio and loved every minute of it. The host was great with communication and even had the sofa bed ready in advance for our children. Don’t let the exterior or entrance detour you from staying here. It is a little strange to enter through the parking garage and go through dark hallways, however it is well worth it when you get inside. Also, Hertz car rental is a 5 minute walk down the hill. We rented a car and plan to return it at the airport. The whole process was super easy. The ferry is only a 5 minute drive and the municipal market is also 5 min by car. When we arrived at airport late last night and the taxi driver knew exactly where to go when I showed her the address. It was about a 10 min can ride and cost $25.00US dollars.
