Being able to swim and snorkel off the jetty was an added bonus and the surrounding scenery was wonderful. Great to be able to use the equipment available (kayaks, lifejackets, etc) Big thank you to Rani for making us feel welcome and helping us with our inquiries.

Internet did not ever work. I reported it immediately and still never worked. One morning I woke up at 1 am and sat right next to the extender and it still didn’t work. As a result the tv didn’t work and I have internetTV and know very well how it works.

If you don't have a car your options for eating out are a bit limited but there is a pickup and drop-off service for at least one restaurant which was a good restaurant.

The easy access to the waterfront for snorkeling and kayaking with many kayaks available. And many bikes available too which worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved our clean, well-equipped and unique family bungalow at this beautiful, local resort. We enjoyed hanging out on the large, private lanai with ocean views. So peaceful and serene. The surrounding gardens were also beautiful and well-taken care of. The staff was friendly, helpful and warmly welcomed us. We felt at home. There's a long, wood dock that takes you out to the ocean where we saw lots of fish. They even provide kayaks to use for free. Highly recommend Linareva for your next stay in paradise.

We loved Moorea, had we known, we would have stayed a week instead of just 4 days. The staff and service at Linareva is exceptional. There is a beautiful tranquil family run atmosphere. These cottages are perfectly equipped (even milk frother with coffee machine). We loved kayaking (provided) and snorkeling (there is some older gear, better bring your own) on the coral around the blue hole. It was sometimes so wind still that the surface of the sea looked like a lake. You can catch lovely sunsets from the pier. We would absolutely stay there again. Note: you will need a car, to get there, for grocery shopping but also to get to all the great spots on Moorea: drift snorkel, boat rental (cheap at Hotel Les Tipaniers), restaurants … We rented at Avis.com collecting the car at the ferry terminal, returning at the airport, and it was super easy and quick.

I've stayed all over the world from couchsurfing to luxury accommodation and Linareva is a very special place. Easily one of the top places I've stayed. They make you feel welcomed and right at home. We were here for 8 days with our toddler and everything was so lovely. The staff were something else. It felt like having a friend or family member to just take care of everything so you could relax. They would help you with everything and went out of their way to make Moorea feel at home. It was very seamless and they were so responsive which was very appreciated. Cozy rooms were well stocked and you had everything you needed from snorkel gear to mosquito coils. The beds were comfortable, and the property is AMAZING. Quiet, great snorkeling by kayak and off the pier. Amazing sunsets. Easy access to most of Moorea. Also, they recommended a sailing sunset tour for us - and it was our favorite excursion on our trip! Their recommendations for food and scuba diving were also great.

I can’t give this place anything lower than a 10. Everything is really incredible here and the attention to detail and customer service/ care is second to none - better than I have experienced in any fancy hotel. So many thoughtful and nice touches (like kettle in the room, air con, fan, drinks fridge) and all of the staff are lovely. It is so good that I had a very hard time leaving and I would like to book again for much longer!

We were looking for a nice quaint little resort with the personal touch. That was exactly what we received. This was the perfect get-a-way, fully stocked with kayaks and snorkeling gear all at your disposal, with breath-taking scenery and sunsets. The little extras the hosts and staff did went far above and beyond our expectations. Looking forward to our return.

Everything was perfect

From the warming welcome, the property nicely equipped so you could buy your food in the supermarket and repare your meals at the stay, to the beautiful garden and of course the little beach front with the port where you could see the beautiful sunsets or swim and also take a kayak and got adventurous into the sea. Everything that you need its there actually, its pretty much on you, in what you are looking for. The staff is very warm and welcoming and extremely helpful, also the owner are really humble and welcoming If i ever come back to moorea i will look forward to be back to this stay

We stayed in a studio apartment which was very private with a beautiful view of the water. The staff are very helpful and will bring breakfast to your room if you order it. Self-serve kayaks and snorkeling equipment made enjoying the water very convenient. The ambiance at the resort is very neighborly.

We had the most fantastic stay here. Everything was perfect - the cozy and comfortable hut, the beautiful grounds, the wonderful hosts who couldn't do enough for you, the kayaks, the great snorkelling off the pier and the sunrises and sunsets drinking beer with other guests in the fare, or on the dock. We loved our time here and would highly recommend this little family owned resort to anyone.
