It's a studio room, not an apartment, so no convenient space for luggage. No hanging space. Towels were very rough. Trickling toilet was a bit annoying.

Communication was perfect. ULTRA clear instructions! It had everything you could need. Very clean. Oh so comfortable bed! There was a booklet with lots of tips for food shopping & restaurants. Easy walking to food outlets.

A bit tight with 2 large suitcases, and a little tricky getting in first time, but very clear step by step instructions supplied.

Excellent location - only 5 mins walk to waterfront, supermarket, and car rental. Lovely clean pool on roof with amazing view. Lovely, helpful managers, always contactable on WhatsApp. Kitchen had everything you need. Terrace with table, chairs and good view. Very clean.

Excellent location. We arrived by ferry and it is within walking distance of the port. It is also within walking distance to the town centre of Papeete. Rooftop swimming pool was a bonus and an ideal way to cool off at the end of the day.

the owner's fault, but previous holiday makers had not reported problems to the owner. We did, and they were fixed promptly.

Good location as could walk to supermarket, market and town. It was a quiet street. And we were so pleased to have a balcony and that there was an elevator. We would stay there again if it is available.

So many doors to go through & payment in local money. However, it was definitely worth it!

Having to carry two heavy cases down 5 flights of stairs after the lift broke down........... No fault with the owners but another resident told us it happened "fairly frequently".

Clean with a very comfortable bed. Responsive and accommodating (pun intended) owners.

Check-in takes some steps, but once you get it right, it's all good. It's a residential building, and it might feel a bit odd at times.

Communication with the host was easy and quick. Great bathroom. The shower is excellent. The veranda has a nice view, and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool on the rooftop is amazing!

15 minute walk from city centre, especially when it is warm, it can be discourageing to go.

Great appartement to stay for a couple of nights, bakery and supermarket around the corner, we'll equipped kitchen, balcony, swimming pool on roof of the building, nice beds, clean and tidy.

Host communication was very formal and unresponsive. Difficult payment method. Host did respond to my inquiry to stay a little bit longer not wth an answer but a to-do-list. Like everywhere in French Polynesia there are roosters and dogs on the streets surrounding the building. Although the apartment itseld was good, the entire surrounding was a little bit shabby.

Very good value for money. Good location close to ferry buiding (10ms walk), very functional.

A cozy little apartment with a pleasant balcony. Spotlessly clean! The secure parking garage is a major plus! There’s a nice little bakery around the corner, and it’s close to shopping.

Disposing rubbish before leaving and follow the rules for separating them when there was no clear signage of where to put recycle items at rubbish correction depot. You need time to follow steps to get into the building and collect keys to get in to the room and leaving. I wish there was an easier way.

The host responded very quickly and helpful when we had questions. Very close to a large supermarket where you can get everything you need and a bakery just a minute walk from the accommodation. We found an authentic Indian food truck (Roulotte) on the way to the supermarket and they were nice.

Nothing we didn't like. It was amazing.

Loved the apartment, views that looked out to the island of Moorea. Saw planes flying in to the airport and saw ships coming and going into the port. Overall it was outstanding.

Small apartment which had everything we needed. It has a free underground parking and is on a good location. Pool on the roof was a nice bonus.
