We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThe neighbors really aren't keen on this villa being a vacation rental. They complained about our group of 7 talking, playing music and jumping into the pool. All things we would do normally, daily, if we owned this villa. Obviously, with new guests arriving weekly, they are sick of the noise. The villas are too close together. Unfortunately this is an issue between the villa owners and not the fault of the guests. Be aware that you will have complaints if you plan on renting this villa. The pool could benefit from a solar blanket, it's a little chilly, some pool tiles need replacing. There are 2 complete bathrooms in the main house but the facilities are not all available in 1 bathroom. Example: The master bedroom has a toilet, sink and bath tub. The 2nd bedroom has a shower and sink, but no toilet. There is a small powder room off the entrance that has a toilet. Our group had to be ok with letting others use their bedrooms for showers, toilet etc.
All of the amenities of this villa are high end. Loved the water filtration system that avoids having to buy bottled water. Kitchen well equipped for 7 adults 3x meals a day. Loved the guest house that is steps away from the main house with it's own bathroom. The views from everywhere are stunning.

AustraliaMaybe a proper shower in one of the main bedrooms (has a bath with hand held shower) & extra toilet (noticed one in bedroom was hidden / not working). Also gets very hot upstairs & can’t be air conditioned because it is open - but 2 large fans help
The villa is positioned high up a steep hill with magnificent views across to Moorea - exactly as shown in photos. It is spacious, tastefully decorated & comfortable. The outdoor area is perfect as is the pool. Very private & quiet. Fully set up for self catering. Sergio was wonderful, collecting us at the airport & taking us to collect our rental car the next day.

The whole experience was brilliant , our host Sergio collected us from the airport helped us pick up our rental car and then even lead us home to our accommodation - all in the middle of the night !!! Absolutely above and beyond !! The house was well named it was truly exceptional. the house the location the host the views ....stunning
