Right across from the cruise ship terminal and almost as near to the ferry terminal, it's a clean, comfortable lodging. The room was plenty big enough, and while there's no view, you can peek outside to check the weather. They were particularly nice to me because I checked-out early and left my luggage. When I came back, looking the worse for wear, I was offered a shower -- very nice staff.

The rooms have pretty much no storage except for closets, and no luggage racks or any surface other than the bed that can be used as a luggage rack. They really need to add folding luggage racks, at least.

You can’t beat the convenient location right downtown. We walked directly from our cruise ship to the hotel, maybe 2 blocks. Baggage can be stored until your room is ready. Everything was clean and the room size adequate, especially after being a little cramped in a cabin on a ship. Continental breakfast offered for a pricey $33 pp so we opted to eat next door for omelets and bread. The friendly staff were exceptional! So helpful and kind, greeting you with “laorana” each time you leave and return from your day activities.

No pool. Would be nice to lounge as you wait for your room.

Great place to stay in Papeete. Close to the Ferry to Moorea. Clean and comfortable.

No counter space in bathroom. Bathroom too small.

    Location. Clean

No shampoo. Had to ask for tea, coffee, and milk. Bed was too high as was the toilet.

Great location for 1 night in Papeete. We walked to the market, grocery stores, and the ferry was across the street. Friendly staff!

    Breakfast not included.

the hotel is in the center of papeete, foot distance from the ferry station; great for a short stop over; room is nice and comfortable

my room (standard room) was rather small, I had to put my suitcase on a chair

The location is convenient to the ferry terminal and the shopping and bars precinct. Staff were warm and friendly. The facilities are clean and tasteful. Bed and pillows are comfortable.

The room I had was very small and there was no hair dryer. I stayed on a Friday evening and the neighbouring bar had live music until 1am. This might bother others but I didn't mind it. A little pricey for what it offers.

Great location, short walking distance to the ferry dock. Which is the main reason why I chose the hotel. The room was perfect for one night stay, the bed was huge, very comfortable. Everything was clean and super smooth check-in and checkout.

I wouldn’t probably stay longer than one or two nights just to explore the area.

I was told my stay didn't include breakfast so I have no opinion. I was shocked that at least a continental breakfast was included for the price of the room. The mini fridge in the room was great. Ice being available was great but I would recommend telling people it was on the first floor. I loved having a washing machine and dryer for my use. It was on the same floor as my room so that was great.

Having breakfast included. Having more packs of the 3 in one coffee in the room or replacing them daily. I had to go out and buy them.

The hotel is best placed for access to the cruise port. External noise control is ok.

The price of the hotel, for what it is, is very expensive. In New Zealand the same price would get you a high quality 5 star hotel with excellent facilities. The breakfast offering was spartan and rather depressing. Better to go to nearby cafes. Poor sound insulation throughout. The doors and walls provide physical barriers only. The lift button makes a piercing beep when called. The night receptionist was a happy chap and a pleasure to deal with at 4am.

I stayed overnight after a cruise. Hotel is just across from the cruise terminal. Very modern and clean; comfortable bed with good linens.

I was on the 4th floor, yet the club next door was loud until after 2:00 am.

    Location was great

Approx NZ$180 extra charge for early check-in is exorbitant. The water pressure in the shower fluctuated & the floor in the bedroom was dirty on both our stays. Dirt was left on the sheets when getting into bed🤨
