Breakfast was included. Location on the water front gave easy access to the sea. Accommodation was comfortable and fairly large rooms with very comfortable bed. Balcony was handy for relaxing. Lounge area was comfortable and the wifi was best in the lounge area. Choice of two restaurants - during peak season make sure to make a booking at the "a la carte restaurant" on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tour companies have this hotel as a pick up point which is handy.

Location was good. Hotel was comfortable, gardens were pretty, staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a good mid-price hotel given that it is Bora Bora and Tahiti where not much is cheap!! Breakfast included was fantastic

Wi-fi in the rooms could be better.

The staff was professional and incredibly helpful. I unfortunately fell on the beach and broke a bone in my left foot - our room was an ocean view one on top of the hill. They went out of their way to connect us with a dr and have a porter take me with a golf cart as close as possible to the room every time we went out. Giulia was very professional and booked shows, restaurants for us. Everybody couldn't have been more gracious and helpful.

Nothing really. Staff weren't overly helpful or friendly. I had to ask a lot of questions to find out information about the resort. It would have been helpful to have some information in the rooms including things to do, local events, restaurant menus and information about facilities available eg: snorkels, beach towels. Breakfast was ok.

Facilities are really good, room are spacious and clean. The hotel has its own little beach or you can walk 10-15 minutes and go to the gorgeous Matira beach. There are a few restaurants in the close neighbourhood so you have to eat at the hotel restaurants every night. The hotel restaurant by the beach is actually really nice. Staff was very good and very committed to our confort and happiness. A well-managed hotel.

The restaurant, the beach could use a couple more deckchairs (at 9am they were all gone), I think reach some of the rooms could be not so easy for elderly/people with knee issues.

I wouldn’t buy jewellery in the souvenir shop again. A beaded bracelet I bought broke after 2 days. It was expensive for what it was (as expected at a resort shop) but I loved it and thought it would last longer than that!

The overwater bungalow was fantastic and worth the money. Friendly, patient staff always happy to help. The restaurant food was delicious. It’s a great location and a short walk to the Bora Bora beach club which is a lovely spot to watch the sun go down.

Kind and supportive staff. We had contact with several receptionists and all were very kind and helpful. The breakfast very varied with lot of choices: 4-5 types of fruits, deli meat, cheese, few bread and pastry types, juices, yoghurt, gems, pancakes, you could order omlette with ham, cheese, veggies or fried egg. I list all of these because I saw lot of comments stating that the breakfast is not good. From our perspective it was very good. Indeed One thing which could be better is the coffee. Nice little beach with lounge chairs and restaurant. On the last morning, I had a health issue and they let us stay in the room until our departure. This was the most human and kindest gesture we have received. Thank you again!

The hotel has a fantastic location and offers exceptional views. The ocean colors are stunning, the water is crystal clear, and it's great for snorkeling. The hotel offers many great tours. The Lagoonarium tour is highly recommended, as are the 4x4 jeep tours and diving. The hotel has two restaurants, one directly on the ocean, and the food is very good. The breakfast buffet offers everything you could wish for and is delicious. We would book this hotel again.

The hotel has a little beach just crossing the street, the space is reduce, so, you are lucky to catch an spot in there, BUT, the public Bora Bora beach is just a 15 min walking from there and It's BEAUTIFUL!! The service couldn't be better!! Gulia was very helpful and she explained us all in detail! If you want to have some drink I recommend the happy hr, the prices are very affordable (for Bora Bora).

The decor is a little dated/dark. I would have thought the standard of upkeep of the hotel would be higher with the prices charged.

The food at the included breakfast is not great. The restaurant makes good food, but not value for money compared to other places on the island.

Beautiful overwater bungalow, Mai Tai builds a reef under the bungalows an over the beach which is beautiful to snorkel at. The staff were great, very nice, helpful, and informative. The location was great, a walking distance from Matira beach, the only sandy beach on Bora Bora main island. We saw a couple of sting rays below our bungalow. We received great hospitality since we came and until we left. Irina the Mai Tai's driver is wonderful.

Wifi isn’t great, but mobile reception works well. Beach bungalows are close to the road so you will hear cars driving past.

Great location on the main island. Lovely bungalows that are spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent beds. The rooms we were in seemed recently renovated. Staff is very nice and helpful. Service with changing to an overwater bungalow was impeccable. The beach restaurant was decent. The hotel is close to other restaurants and shops. Snorkeling in front of the hotel is okay. Plenty of tropical fish, eagle rays and maybe a shark or turtle if you’re lucky. The hotel offers tours for snorkeling, but you can also book something yourselves and get picked up at the pier in front of the hotel.
