The lighting and the interior could be “warmer”. Need to pay attention to small ants in the kitchen.

The location on Matira Beach is unique. The house offers enough space and comfort to relax and enjoy this beautiful space. We found it really practical to have a washing machine.

Had lots of ants and initially had some confusion with our pick up which didn’t arrive and the host was not there to receive us. However they covered the cost and more than made up for it. Great service.

The property was in a brilliant location. The beach is amazing. Was great to wash all of our clothes as this was the last leg of our journey. Enjoyed the space and privacy. 10 minute walk to the shops was super convenient.

Fantastic communication! Leo was great in managing all the details of arriving/leaving Bora Bora. The house was perfectly located! Matira Bay is great for swimming, snorkeling, and walks in the water. It was easy to walk to quite a few restaurants and the supermarket. The kitchen was well equpiied. The beds were comfy. A/C keeps the bedrooms comfortable at night. The covered porch was a perfect place to hang out. This was a perfect place to stay!

Property is a two bed two bath house with full kitchen and nice covered beach front outdoor patio. It has privacy gates on the road and path to the beach. Three restaurants are in easy walking access. And grocery stores are a short drive away. Leo our host communicated very well and was helpful arranging a rental car. We took a snorkel trip and the operator picked us up at the beach in front of the house. Beach is the best on Bora Bora with fine sand and calm water for snorkeling and extended distance swims. A neighbor who fishes has a “pet” stingray you can see up close in the evenings. There is also a very respectful neighborhood dog, Issac, who likes to say hello.

Two night stands needed for each bedroom and also it would be nice to have some reading lamps on the nightstands plus the dishwasher was down and there was only 1 lounge chair for the beach

Such a great place! The house is private, spacious, comfortable and simply in the most beautiful location. The beach is beautiful and some of the best snorkeling we did on our Tahiti/Moorea/Bora Bora trip was about 100 feet from our back gate. Our son spent more time under water than above. The closest neighbor was an octopus! :) We loved having access to the kayak, SUP and beach furniture. It meant we didn’t have to venture far. The lunch place next door is great and incredibly affordable. The other two restaurants in the area were very good as well. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We can’t say enough good things about this place.

The showers never seem to get hot. So we had to take cool showers. The property is right off the main road so you hear the street noise. Most of the homes are. Also, Roosters started crowing as early as 3:00am. So I would recommend bringing ear plugs it definitely helps. No extra linens and no blankets at all. Snorkeling gear not provided.

The property was in a fantastic location. Right on Matira Beach. Great snorkeling directly from the beach. Beautiful views. The photos are exactly what the property looks like. Beds were comfortable and property was clean.

ants…can’t leave any food on the table or counter…they will find it fast. we ended up putting everything in the fridge.

great location! house with direct access to the beach from the back yard. walking distance to the restaurants and market. House has a kayak for exploring. AC in the bedrooms and washing machine made things much more pleasant.

Needed tea towels to dry dishes and face washes in the bathroom. An umbrella for rainy days would have been helpful.

Lovely position on a beautiful beach, self contained allowed us to purchase food from the supermarket for lunch and breakfast.
