The studio is very nice, clean, and had all the amenities that we needed. Washing machine, coffee machine, parking... Also had big windows where you can see a beautiful sunrise. The bed was comfortable! Also the location was nice for us, very close to the airport and we could drive in less than 10 minutes there.

Nice clean apartment on the third floor. The elevator was down but a nice young man carried my suitcase up. Parking behind a closed gate that I couldnt access. I did walk in to see the gated parking area finding a car parked in the space assigned to the apartment. . Close to town the roundabout a bit tricky.. There is a cemetary below where my Aunt and Uncles were buried. I didnt know that before I booked but convenient for me ti visit!!

As noted by others, there is an altitude surcharge for taxis to go up the hill to the property. (Not a fault at all of the property, just so other travelers are aware!)

Location was wonderful, with an amazing view. Apartment was very cute and well laid out, and very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive, and we greatly appreciated being allowed to check in a little early due to our flight arriving early. Easy to walk to a supermarket and to restaurants. Perfect for our quick overnight stay between inter-island flights.

Finding the apartment within the building was a bit difficult, as the room numbers didn't follow a pattern I expected. The owner attempted to explain it very thoroughly, there are just a lot of steps for weary travelers :)

Very flexible with our changing needs due to a canceled overnight excursion. The location was great and we were able to walk to most places. It is helpful to know that there is a 500 xpf charge for taxis due to the elevation of the location.

Some ants when food was left out but absolutely manageable if you put everything in the fridge. Was not an issue. The pool was not very pretty and didn't have much sunlight or seating.

Charming, clean little apartment with a fully functional kitchen and amenities. Great window looking over Papeete and comfortable seating options to hang out. A quick walk from the local Carrefour and also a 1 minute walk from central bus stops

My trip was delayed wherefore I checked-in 2 days later than I intentionally would and Enora was so nice to keep the reservation for me all that time. The apartment was spotless and had a lot of amenities. The washing machine was a big plus!

Perfect appartment!👍, all facilities you need for cooking and to feel really comfortable and relaxing are provided by your host. Amazing!! Very clean. The owners are very friendly, they take care of their guests, perfect communication before/during/after stay. This appartment I highly recommend for a nice stay at Papeete!!

The only thing we felt missing wasnt really to do with the property but that there is no real local beach access, we dont want to stay in resorts but it seems most Tahiti beaches are private. We really enjoyed using the pool daily instead.

We had evetything we needed for a wonderful stay, The well supplied kitchenette, bathroom with washing machine and swimming pool kept us very comfortable and the apartment is quite spacious. We didnt have a rental car but theres a supermarket not too far away and we walked into Papaeete town a few times to the market and ferry. We did a great tour of the mountain valley and crater and a day trip to Moorea from our cosy base.

Not a ton walking distance. A very nice mall with food and groceries about a 10 min walk. But there's a 1-2 min stretch up a hill with no sidewalk. Having a car is best for longer stays.

This was an excellent studio apartment: very modern and space efficient, yet it had everything we needed. We found ourselves very comfortable. The host also gave our cab driver instructions over the phone to get us there, and helped us get situated after a rough ferry ride. We particularly enjoyed the style of the place. Would definitely stay again.

Walking to the port is minimum 30 minutes and to the nearest supermarket 15-20 minutes, not too far but not too close either :)

The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. We were only in the flat for 12 hours and wanted to get sleep before an early start for our flight. We had very little sleep. I also didn’t feel it was my responsibility to take my rubbish out of the flat at 6am when we left and find the bins. I have a letting house and wouldn’t dream of asking my guests to take out their rubbish. I’m sorry but this and the bed spoilt my stay.

It had a wonderful view of the harbour side. It was a lovely interior and everything we needed. Liked the art work and it had a great shower.

We needed a taxi to get to the ferry wharf. We rang for a taxi multiple times and never turned up. Rang the manager but he hung up on me. In the end we sprinted for half an hour with our luggage to get to the ferry on time
