Location was fringe so long walk to centre of Papeete. The building was in need of some maintenance and looked rather tired.

The hostess Enora was very helpful regarding acces and she booked a taxi for our departure (note no Uber in Papeete). Unit was spacious and well appointed.

Comfortable studio 10 mn walk from Carrefour and 25 mn walk from Papeete Market. Good facilities even if furniture is a bit dated.

We had a car rented and there are 8 parking spots for visitors in front of the building. However sometimes they are all taken and one has to park all the way down the hill. It is a strenuous walk uphill. So every time we left we hoped to find another spot once we came back.

The little studio was perfect for us since we had a car, it felt very spacious, the kitchen had everything you needed. The bathroom was comfortable, shower had good pressure and the water was very hot. We even got to use the washing machine! The view was great too of the ferry to Moorea and we had little birds in front of the window every morning. So cute! There is also a big supermarket, stores and a cafe a short drive away.

Air conditioning and a nice outlook and lift access plus an onsite pool makes this a good budget option in Papeete. About 15 minute walk to closest waterfront restaurant.

No balcony, but we knew that, so nobody's fault. We chose the place for convenience, as we didn't rent a car.

It was exactly in a location convenient for us. Close to town and the shopping center where they have a big Carrefour and other shops, plus the Hilton Hotel. Neighbours in the building were very friendly and polite. Apartment's air conditioning was great. We also used the swimming pool and it was for ourselves. There's a washing machine which was great if you stay for a few days.

The building looks quite worn-out. In appartment I could hear TV and talk from other room even wind from outside even the windows were close. Swimming pool does not have facility to relax/sundeck/.No door to bathroom.

After spending weeks in resort communities it was nice to experience a slice of real life. Many residents of the apartment complex live and work in the area. The neighborhood is safe and we walked to an amazing pizza joint called Slice. The flat was comfortable. Everything we needed was available including WiFi, water, 2 espresso pods and 2 beers The host was very help and patiently answered all of my questions.

The bed was too firm for my liking, but that is a personal preference so I can't fault the owner. Also, the lack of lighting in the building itself, such as in the hallways and entrance (outside of the apartment), was a little eery coming in later in the evening for the first time. But also, not the fault of the owner as they don't run the building. The roosters were very active at dawn lol.

Amazing contact from the property before and during my stay - fantastic directions provided to get in the building. Thoughtful touches like bottled water and an adapter for my electronics were much appreciated. Super clean place.

Finding the place at 1am was not easy. Luckily, I got on google maps street view and familiarized myself with what the streets looked like or it would have been rough. Finding the exact roof in the dark and checking solo was tricky but directions were good. Minor, very minor issues. If you are a regular traveler and can just go with it!! It will be fine.

The room was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. It has AC and warm shower. It was close to the airport and near town.

Nothing to complain.

Great apartment with everything one could need. Decent cooking possible, also a Nespresso coffee machine is available. Big supermarket (Carrefour Faa'a) in walkable distance. It's also quite easy to walk to the center of Papeete and various attractions. Air condition has no problem keeping the apartment cool. Overall I really liked the location and also enjoyed spending time in the apartment during bad weather (nice views to the harbor). Hina was really nice and communicated proactively. There even was a local beer in the fridge on arrival.

Needs more and deeper cleaning and some maintenance. Noisy at night, but that's normal in a city.

Location at a good distance from the centre. Nice view. Owner very kind, easy to contact and super helpful.
