The water pressure in the shower was very low and payment was somewhat difficult. It would be better if the owner advised of payment options before you arrived so that appropriate arrangements could be made.

The host of the property is lovely and very accommodating. The location is fabulous, very close to shopping and restaurants. The studio is well presented and contains everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a lovely 'over the water' seafront bar a short walk away that is great for a sunset drink.

Everything you need for a stay in Papeete. Thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating area. Washing machine is a real bonus.

The host was very nice and responsive. The appointment is very clean. The bed was comfortable , location was good too 15 minutes walk to the ferry dock Papeete . Thank you very much for your hospitality

Little steps end of bed each side quite dangerous.

water pressure in the shower wasn't great and there is a lot of noise from the main road. But it is like this everywhere in Papeete so not much of a problem. We could still sleep well as we were so tired!

Beautiful studio apartment in a very convenient location in Papeete. The apartment in just on the first floor with elevator and very safe. We arrived with a late night flight and we could conveniently and safely get in with the key box available. Communication was amazing and the great host even helped us booking a taxi and explain the directions in French to our taxi driver. The bed is very comfortable, we found delicious fresh fruit in the fridge, fresh water, and even pineapple juice. This was out of the host kind heart as we arrived on a weekend of public holiday and the shops were closed. If we had to come back to Papeete we would definitely stay again here.

- you’ve had to pay in cash when you live outside of French Polynesia. We are now travelling for 6 weeks in French Polynesia and this only happened in Nuku Hiva which we can understand and this apartment which we don’t understand as people living in Papeete should be able to process card payments

- right next to an awesome playground - restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores near by - not so noisy neighbourhood when compared to other neighbourhoods in Papeete - host speaks very well English

The property is completely infested with the COCKROACHES!!!!! And the property owner is extraordinary rude and aggressive. The cockroaches are everywhere in the kitchen, sleeping area, bread toaster and even inside of the fridge!!! How disgusting and unsanitary!!! The owner was ignoring Booking calls and messages for over 48hrs to resolve the cockroach situation asap, she came completely unannounced, uninvited and unexpected and was knocking on the apartment door demanding to come in to collect the payment for the property in CASH while we were still in the pajamas. I'm the Level 3 Genius Booking.com customer and I clearly wrote to her that the payment will be done via the bank transfer. This owner continued to threaten, harass and intimidate us via the door about the cash payment. I refused to open the door, because I was scared of her aggressive behavior as I was alone with my child in the apartment. I asked this woman to leave and contact Booking.com to resolve the situation about the cockroaches and payment in a civilized manner. Instead of leaving and resolving the matter in a civilized and polite manner, this woman unlocked the door herself, forced herself into the apartment, started deliberately and profusely smoking inside and throwing our things out. According to the law, it is considered trespassing and violation of privacy. She screamed that I do not have to pay anything, but I have to leave the apartment now. I said that's fine, we will leave, but give us time to put the clothes on and to pack our things. This owner, instead of leaving the apartment and allowing us the privacy to dress up and pack, continued to smoke inside of the apartment in front of my 12 year old, she was mocking and intimidating us, verbally abusing my child, was touching and throwing our things around. So much for the Tahitian friendliness and hospitality!!! But thank you, Dorothee, for a great travel story to tell and movie script for my friends in Hollywood to write!

This must be the worst place on Booking.com with the rudest owner ever.

Wooden floor elevated in the middle of studio creating hazard thru the night for toilet brake etc..

It was my fault that i did dot wright down all the numbers properly you need a code to get into the block then you need a code to use the lift which is a little odd then then a code for the key box there are a lot of codes.

The property was clean and a very short walk from town and a very good Italian restraunt next door
