The room was lovely and the spa massage was amazing. The only quibble I have is that the hot tub and steam room were out of order, which is one of the reasons I changed my hotel reservations to you.

Spa and sauna were not open. One kid's bed had not been set up and when we realised that, the housekeeping team had left. So we could not get any blankets or extra pillows.

The bathroom was the worst I have experienced. There was a shower over the bath and when you showered the water flowed alongside the bath onto the bathroom floor as there was no drain to cater for this. This was the same in both rooms. The reception area had multiple sofas, but the covers need replacing as they are cracked leather. Pool was lovely, but bar was closed. Pool was open to 7pm, but it was dark at six and no lights. Plus bar closed and not operating at all

I stayed in two rooms -a room with two beds and a Junior Suite. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable.

As other reviews have noted, and something you would expect from being right in the city, the street noise is a thing. You can definitely hear the ambulances and cars revving during the night.

We landed late and stayed one night here. The location was perfect for exploring Papeete, the market, and to walk to the ferry terminal. The room was clean and front desk staff were very friendly. Two water bottles were provided in mini bar, and there’s a convenience store next door for snacks / drinks. It was about 3100 XPF taxi from the airport.

The air conditioner in one of the rooms did not work at all, one room was fair and the other room was cooled very nicely.

We used the property as a way station after we got off the ferry from Moorea and had to wait 8 hours for a flight at the airport. Our family of 12 from 2 years to 71 years, carrying all our luggage could easily walk to the property from the ferry terminal. We chose three rooms which only two of the rooms had air conditioning that worked. The pool was very clean and a wonderful area for the children and some of the adults to relax prior to our long flight back to the states. The concierge helped me set up two vans to transport us to the airport which was very helpful.

The location was perfect for our purposes. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, and to the ferry terminal. We liked the room, the balcony, and the swimming pool.
