Reviews of Hotel Tahiti Nui 3 stars

The room was lovely and the spa massage was amazing. The only quibble I have is that the hot tub and steam room were out of order, which is one of the reasons I changed my hotel reservations to you.

The whole place was too dark including the lobby bathroom and our guest room. The bathroom was especially dark. What are you trying to hide? The sofas in the main lobby (where we had to wait for hours) were extremely uncomfortable and shabby. We had hoped to wait for check-in by the pool but there was no shade up there. Our room was clean and comfortable for the most part with the exception of the bathroom. As I stated, it was very dark and the shower floor was disgusting. Note that this 4.0 rating is on a scale of 1-10. Very deceiving.

Reception staff were very nice. Specifically, Love, a reception agent was excellent and very helpful.

Our room needed more electrical outlets to charge electronic devices. More mirrors would be helpful too.

size of room was good and well air conditioned. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Good location, walking distance to waterfront etc. Staff were good

No hot water for the stay, luke warm at best No washing up facilities in the room scraping of furniture on floor in room above was loud and annoying. More English speaking TV would be good but understand why not! Not as many tea bags as we are used to and no milk supplied.

Good location, clean room

A bit stingy, like everything in French Polynesia. We asked for 1 extra bottle of water after a walk with kids and got a "no"

Location very central, could walk to shops restaurants easily, and ferry dock. Enjoyed the swimming pool.

We were street side, thought the road traffic was noisy, during peak hours, any other room away from street would be great.

Spa and sauna were not open. One kid's bed had not been set up and when we realised that, the housekeeping team had left. So we could not get any blankets or extra pillows.

I didn't like the shower/tub set-up: there was no shower curtain and the shower head spewed water at such a high rate, that water went everywhere when it was in use. Made it dangerous for potential falls...
