Hosts were very good and very helpful.

Area around the pool was unkept. Why wouldn’t you water the lawn?

Marietta was wonderful to deal with. The rooftop pool was sparkling clean. The room was spotless.

The building is a bit run down and dated.

It is a short 8 minute walk to the city. The unit is tidy and clean but the outside of the building is a bit run down. It rained every day we were there but we were able to sit on the verander and have a drink and not get wet, which was great. Pool was very clean but no chairs to sit. Elevator to all levels of the building. No dryer in the unit but does have a cloth horse to dry cloths on.

It would have been nice if there was a dryer and spare blankets in the room.

It’s a nice place. The only problem for me was paying. I had to ask several times for the payment link so I wish I could just pay through booking or some easy way. But everything was nice and I was happy to have air conditioning.

A very clean and comfortable apartment with nice views to the mountains and to Moorea. It had everything we needed including good WiFi, kitchen essentials and a balcony.

Only a couple of suggestions. The fridge seems to be struggling to stay cold but worked OK on maximum. Also the clothes hoist needs replacing.

Great location. 10/15 mins walk from town. Clean, everything there that we needed. Lovely pool.

The location was good for what we needed. It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the locals walking past throughout the day and evening. We walked up to the Croix de la Mission, which was a nice walk with great views over Papeete and over to Moorea. The apartment was also within walking distance of Easy Market supermarket which had a great selection of groceries.

Our flight into Tahiti landed after 10 pm and we got to the apartment late. The airport taxi had difficulty finding the apartment block and google maps kept indicating that the complex was further on than it was. The instructions to get into the building and apartment were great but the instructions about locating the actual apartment complex could have been clearer (a description of the building, directions that it's on the corner of 2 streets etc). It was probably more confusing as we don't speak French.

Marietta was absolutely lovely and kind and did the best she could to help me throughout my time in Papeete. She even invited me on a boat trip! The apartment was excellent, very comfortable, very clean, well equipped and had everything I needed for my stay. The internet worked wonderfully. Some people wrote in past reviews that the hill was really steep. I did not find this at all. All I can say is that those people must have been really unfit! I would definitely stay here again. Airport transfers were also organised for me.

Marietta is an exceptional host. Both she and her helper, Cynthia, were especially accommodating. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed very well stocked.

The roosters do wake up early, but that seems to be the norm throughout Tahiti.

Spacious. Good kitchen. Comfortable bed. Balcony. Very pleasant.

Getting there was tricky.

Great apartment with balcony & beautiful Mountain View’s. We could see Le Croix de les missionaries lit up at night. About a 10 minute walk in town centre. Hill back up didn’t bother us as it was great exercise! Apartment was super clean and well-equipped.It is very comfortable and the washing machine is great as we are travelling for 3 weeks and it was so helpful to be able to do laundry! Pool is lovely to have to relax after sight seeing with stunning views of Mo’orea

We liked everything!

A comfortable apartment. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this area. Marietta was very warm and welcoming. We didn’t mind the exercise of the walk into town. It was only a few minutes to the local market and just a bit further to the waterfront.

Our flight arrived in the middle of the night and the taxi driver had difficulty finding it. Make sure you arrange a pick up with the owner first.

Communication between us and Marietta was excellent she organised us an airport pick up and drop off. Easy to check yourself in, walking distance go town, great pool.

Lovely place. Very close to town. Has a washing machine and everything you need. Marietta was lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay again if I would ever come to tahiti again.

Comfortable, well equipped, very clean, walkable distance from downtown for us (even with wheeled luggage).

Not a big complaint but insect screens would make the apartment all the more liveable - maybe they are just not the norm in Papeete?!

A little far from the center if you plan to walk around. There were only 2 towels for 4 of us. We contacted the owner to check if they had coffee in the apartment few weeks before we got there and were informed that they provide coffee, but when we got there, there was no coffee; both towels and coffee were delivered next day, however not early enough for us to use it.
