The only thing I would complain about is the pool surface. The pool surface needs to be resurfaced. It is in pretty bad shape!

Loved the place! The view is breathtaking!! Beautiful, tropical and a relaxing place to stay. Staff were great! Loved the lagoon. Lots of fish!

A bit expensive all around, food and drinks and transportation but not unexpected as we’d hear French Polynesia is pricey.

Close to the airport & downtown yet felt like we were secluded. Lovely property and great views of the neighboring island Moorea.

The room was a little tired. Cocktails were disappointing.

Nice resort, the pool and artificial "motus" were nice. Friendly staff, and we appreciated the availability of a room to shower and change after we had checked out. Dinners at the restaurant were very good, exceeding our expectations.

Our room faced the road and it was extremely loud. Breakfast was okay.

Room was comfortable, pool was great and the views of Moorea incredible.

Good hotel which is managed very attentive. You will find everything in good order and the Staff is allover very supportive and nice. The pool area is special and our kids enjoyed that place in particular (they also have masks they rent for free). Also snacks at pool bar are very nice as well having dinner outside at the pool area. All in all, as a faily we enjoyed our stay. You can without hesitation just go, enjoy and have a good time.

The hotel is very beautiful but it's clearly old and needs to be freshen up and a little bit of maintenance, mostly in the pool area.

Beautiful place, delicious breakfast. The food at the restaurant was very good and the staff super welcoming and nice. They accomodate us for an early check-in and we really appreciated it.

A little tired and dated in places. Asked to take away a small piece of brownie we couldn't finish at the end of a meal - I was after a paper napkin to wrap it up in, but they offered a small box. I was utterly shocked to then be charged a further £3.5 on the bill for the box. Been to a LOT of hotels and restaurants all around the world, but never been charged for a 'doggie bag' - certainly didn't expect this from our 4-star hotel restaurant!

Rooms by road pick up lots of road noise so bring earplugs or select other room. Restaurant food very pricey but other options outside the resort.

Beautiful property with gardens, infinity pool, sand by pool and on motu. Great snorkeling in lagoon pool.

Paid for an ocean view, but they put us in 5001, which is ground level and only has a view of the bushes in front of the unit.

Room cleaning was patchy - dishes not always washed, cleaning rag left in bathroom, and on one day our room wasn't cleaned at all. The bar/restaurant was nice, but too popular - not enough low seats and we are elderly. (Why are most of the tables and seats high?)

Pool was good. Room (our third) had an excellent view. Yuka arranged our room - she was excellent, friendly and efficient beyond other staff. She deserves a medal!

It was very nice that we got a room to shower on our last day after check-out but it was a bit of a stress that we only had one shower for two people and were only allowed to use the room for 30 minutes.

The location was wonderful and the hotel had very good facilities. The breakfastbuffet was also very delicious. The staff was nice and attentive. It was sooo beautiful to stay there and see the island Moorea from the poolside at sunset.
