Access is a little tricky, but only minor inconvinence.

Mosquitoes all through room when we got there. Drawback from being close to airport is obviously aeroplane noise, but expected and walls are very thin. Quite pricey for what it is.

Such a handy spot to airport. 10 minutes walk. Leave large baggage in lock up at airport as uphill, but not that difficult a walk. Excellent communication and good directions, found it easily. Fabulous views, nice pool to cool off in. Comfortable bed and pillows. Coffee and milk powder available for am.

Shower wasn’t the best

We wanted something easy next to the airport as we were flying in the middle of the night back home - very good location at only 10 minutes walk from the airport - easy to find and easy check-in. You can leave the luggage at the airport in a safe locker and walk to the lodge. Rooms are simple and they have a kitchen.

To walk to the property at night is not advisable. Get a taxi. There are always taxis at the airport.

Close the the airport especially if you are coming in late at night. Very easy to get a taxi. Very affordable accommodation. Located up the hill looking down to the airport. Communication from the owner was excellent with regards to payment location and how to access room if checking in after hours.

Room was clean and comfortable for a one-night stay. The check-in process was easy, and the house was a good walking distance to the airport.

The walk from the airport was steep

Hotel was convenient for us as we arrived at 2am in the morning and just needed somewhere to put our head down before catching the ferry the next day. The walk to the hotel in the pouring rain was hard, it's all uphill, and there are some scary aggressive dogs on properties you have to walk past. The instructions were clear and once we got into bed we had a comfortable sleep.

It was concerning upon arrival, property is down quite a long lane and host wasn't present.  I've had a very bad experience with self checkin in the past and the booking gave no indication it was going to be the process.  Once that was worked out, all was very good.  Budget stay, convenient location to local airport.  Would definitely stay again.

Great location near the airport. Perfect for staying overnight between flights. The property has complimentary coffee and a cute kitten that likes to cuddle up when reading on the outdoor couch.

Sink just had a minor block but no problem for us. Shower was sufficient for all our needs.

Convenient location only 2 minutes by taxi from airport. Communication is excellent with the Business and very easy to sort payment. We had a very early check in at 1:30am for a connecting flight at 7:30am so it was nice we could check ourselves in and out and have somewhere to sleep between flights. They have a lockbox system so it was convenient not to have to check in at a desk. Room was great for a quick stay over, nothing fancy but that's not what we wanted/needed.

It was unclear if we could check in after a certain time, and we couldn't get a clear answer. Then, we found out right before traveling that a lock box is used - so it was not an issue. If the first time we got an answer of a lock box, it would have reduced travel stress.

You're also close enough to the airport you can hear jets spinning up. Luckily PPT isn't so busy it would keep you up, but you definitely hear it occasionally. Odd thing is the first place we stayed near the airport at the beginning of our trip, we didn't notice any of the jet noise. Maybe the angle was just unfortunate to catch it. Direction to the lodge could have been better. Really a detailed map is needed. The roads are steep and narrow. It makes you nervous if you're going the right way and might not be able to turn around. We found it, but only after going around a different way. One of the coffee machines ran out of beans and I couldn't find more in the kitchen. Luckily the kitchen at the other end of the lodge still had some.

We picked this place for its close proximity to the airport. It would be our last couple nights to cool down before our departure. The rooms were clean. The communal kitchens were big. Though we didn't have a chance to use them as we were winding our trip to a close. They had decent automatic coffee machines.

Do not stay here if you are driving your own vehicle. It is almost impossible to find. Like the rest of Tahiti, there are no street or road signs and Google maps doesn't help -- the roads they have marked are in some cases footpaths. We drove around the area for over 1/2 hour and the people who knew where it was, said they couldn't tell us how to get there because it was too complicated.

Airconditioning worked well. This place has possibilities. Clean up the growth in front so you can see the view of the ocean. Sharpen up the kitchen and public areas and get some decent signage on the main roads to direct you, and it could be nice.

Location walking distance to airport and found in the late night. No fuss, key access made possible for late check in, room clean and tidy with AC. There was also drinking water and coffee machine available in communal kitchen.
