Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaBeds weren’t very comfortable and slide out bed had no blankets - we were cold. Lifts always busy.
We stayed during sinulog so it was a good location and many people around. The check in process was smooth and it was easy access to places. Good wifi and a mini kitchen. Mall across the road is convenient. Feels very secure.

AustraliaElevator - you wait a long time to get up & down as there are only 2 to service the whole tower.
Location is across the road from SM city. The apartment was super clean & modern condo apartment which just fits 4 people with a trundle double bed.

United StatesI got impression that there are 2 beds. There is only 1 bed with slide out “drawer” type second bed. We were 3 adults, and that setting was not what was expected and not what was desired. The was also no sheet for blanket for the “slide-out” bed. We call the owner – and the response was that “it is the standard”. That was wrong answer – if I’m charged for 3 people – then all 3 people should have full set of sheets.
The location is good, just across the street from the SM City mall, with taxi stop by the mall entrance, 10 min from the Pier 1 ferry terminal. Except the sleeping situation, the rest was “OK”. The AC works, there is small fridge, the bathroom is big, with big shower space and working water heater. There were shelved for towels, but there were no hangers – so the towels didn’t dry out after use.

United StatesNOISE! ...from the unit NEXT DOOR (room number one digit higher than our room). We were told by the front desk that the room next door has a different owner, but is also routinely rented out for short stays. That room next door was rented to people hosting a party with 6 or more guests drinking, talking loudly and yelling until 2:30 AM in the morning. They were partying both in the room and on the balcony. Requests to the tenants to limit the noise were ignored. The staff member at the front desk said he was unable to assist as he was the only person on duty and unable to leave his post. Calls to the owner of our unit were unanswered. We did not sleep. As I am to understand, many locals rent these condos only to host loud parties. As the front desk is not staffed to address these situations you will be on you own.
Room was fine on all counts except ONE, noted below. Room was clean. Great location. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Aircon was good.

Very close to SM City Mall. We also visited Robinsons Mall, Ayala Mall, and SM Seaside Mall. It is very convenient for everything you need. On Sunday, we attended mass at Santo Niño Church and visited the Magellan's Cross. The kitchen and bathroom provided everything we needed. Especially, the bed sets are excellent. Gorgeous, soft bedding will bring you extreme comfort. For lunch, you can try the lechon, a specialty of the Philippines, in the food court, and this dish was the best compared to any other restaurant we tried. We recommend staying in this accommodation.
