Love the place it’s close to everything.There’s a nail salon downstairs got my nail done very convenient.There’s a lot of places to eat and just a short walk to SM mall and easy to get a taxi.Also the staff is so nice they let me do late check out since my flight was changed.l will absolutely recommend the place and I would love to stay again when I need a place to stay in Cagayan.

I am from an area that does not have any street noise heard in my house. Therefore, my sleep was not as good as I had hoped. I am not sure if sound absorbing curtains would help with the street noise. Overall, I would still recommend this facility to future renters as you get your money's worth and being next to a shopping mall gives you extra security plus many, many restaurants, a grocery store, movie theater and a pharmacy.

The space and amenities were great , plenty of room for at least 3 adults.

We noticed many baby cockroaches and a huge 1 in the bathroom. Maybe time to put a bait for them before they get so many. But overall, we had a great time. Super clean place and comfy beds and sofa. My niece enjoyed her comfy netflix moment.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Smart tv with a good wifi signal. Very spacious place. Accommodating hostess and owner. They allowed us to park in his parking space for free. Thank you so much for hosting our family. Also SM Mall and 7/11 are very accessible. Just a crossroad away.

Couch was horrible. It was hell getting the key. Made us feel foolish. But after that it was amazing.

It is a bit pricey considering that there are other rooms located close to the City proper at a much lower cost

The location is spot-on and is accessible to so many things like convenience store, restaurants, bars and the mall

Unfortunately, on our first night, there's a motorcycle drag race outside which woke us up in the middle of the night. But not the owner's/unit's fault though.

Owner: Owner is very welcoming and gives out timely updates and specifics on the property. Location: Very strategic location. Not too far from the city and the mountains. SM Uptown is just a few minutes walk. There are so many food establishments and al fresco bars. Laundry is just a few walks away too. Property/Unit: Unit is on the 8th floor and an elevator services you there. It has a very beautiful mountain view. There is a mini porch where you can chill and soak in the sun (or rain!). It is also fully furnished with spacious toilet and bath. Water heater is also available.

The price is fair but competition from similar rooms offered on Air BnB and booking.com situated in the center of CDO is less pricey.

The location is perfect! I love that there are many options to do just within the proximity of the property. The fact that it is also close to the mall makes it even more conducive

the only issue is the parking ramp leading to the parking space. if you have small cars it should be fine, however if you are using SUV types please explore the parking ramp 1st as the space is super steep and small.

the unit was very spacious and clean the view to CDO is fantastic esp at night.

The ramp to the parking lot was very steep. but not a big issue.

Very spacious and nice place. It also has a parking lot. Complete with kitchen appliances to you can cook. The host was also very nice to give us complimentary cookies and coffee.

The man upstairs kept throwing water 🌊 down us everything day . Then the staff said there's nothing they can do about it He's allowed to do that. I will never stay there again. the mice in the trash room was a bit much.

We had a hard time going to the second floor parking area , the way up , narrow & and curve ,was worried it might damage my car , really dangerous
