It was very clean and it had everything we needed. The caretakers were nice and helpful. We felt safe during our stay because there were guards in tye property.

The room was clean, however, the mop used was not that clean that caused the floor and rooms to have a bad odor. During the night, small cockroaches went out the sink. You have to store your food properly.

We were assisted with our luggages from the time that we went out the parking space. From the security, Sir Michael, to the caretakers, Ate Jocelyn and Ms Barbara. Polite and very helpful. Room is spacious. Good for 2 families with 9 adults, 3 children. (2 single beds. 3 beds for couples. Plus mattresses pillow and comforter. Well clean toilet and bath. Towels were provided. Cloth hangers were provided for swim wears. Easy cooking. The unit has its own utensils. Cooking appliance and dishwashing supplies. Air conditioning was superb.

There was a minor issue in one of the rooms where the door couldn't be closed due to the edge of the bed obstructing it. I assume the bed to be of standard size so the likely cause was the unusual placement of the door. Idk, it was just weird.

Our stay here was fantastic. The property was modern, very clean, and comfortable, with a fully-equipped kitchen and fast wifi. Netflix was a nice bonus, providing additional options for relaxation. There were ample parking spaces provided for free. The pool was just steps away from our accommodation and the views were lovely. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the excellent customer service was consistent before, during, and even after our stay. Clear instructions were provided prior to our arrival, and all our questions/concerns were addressed. Upon arrival, the caretakers were already waiting for us, making the check-in process smooth. After check-out, we received a thoughtful message thanking us, and our deposit was promptly returned. Overall, this property offered a great experience with top-notch service. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to returning in the future!

It is quite far from restaurants in the city center and the entrance to the beach club is quite expensive for a family of 13. It should be written in the description about it.

It's a great place for a family vacation. We love how comfortable and relaxing the place is and also the view is superb. We commend the hospitality of the care taker, Ate Cynthia. She's very warm and accommodating. And the place is well-equipped with kitchen utensils and even has utensils for children.

You need to pay too much to access the beach through clubhouse. There should have allow access to see the beach without paying too much.

Cynthia was very helpful and always very flexible with all that we need. The place is very accessible. We enjoyed our stay.

The unit could use specifically the open area extra deodorizing as it smelled of old grease. The stove top could also use deep cleaning. We enjoyed the clean bedrooms, the view and the close proximity to the swimming pool. Cynthia, the caretaker, took care of our needs, sweet and respectful .

I found more than 30 cockroaches in the unit during my 1-day stay. I requested a room change but my request was not accommodated. And also the manager did not respond properly and ignored my message requesting a refund or compensation. I will never use this condo again!

As a non member of the resort- fees are applicable. I wished that this was all disclosed before I booked the place,otherwise I would not have done it.. just to eat at the restaurant ,a fee of P1000 per person is required just to get in..a fee of P1000 per person to access the beach

My Family and I loved the view from the balcony - very picturesque over looking the forest-like landscape and the sea. We had a smooth communication with Ms Jacky. She endorsed us to the guard staff and didn’t take a lot of time to enter Anvaya. The welcome staff, Ms Jane and Ms Jocelyn, helped us with our stuff when we checked in. They were very accommodating. The place is immaculately clean from the floor to the bed sheets. The pool attendant was always ready during our swimming time. We really had an amazing time.

Just a few comments about C06 where we stayed 1. There were cockroaches in the room, the kitchen and the sink. My 6 yr old and 2 yr old grandsons have bites on the leg and arm. 2. The place needs general cleaning and repairs. Sharing with you some pictures below how dirty everything is - puno ng alikabok ang kitchen ceiling light, dirty dining table under the glass, stained couches "nakakadiri umupo," madumi ang plates drainer cynthia even told us not to use it to drain the feeding bottles because it's dirty., of course tiny cockroaches surprised us on our first morning in the kitchen hindi pa nga namin nagagamit yun dining and kitchen the first night we arrived because we dined out at Loleng's 3. The towel rack in our bathroom was broken we cannot hang our wet bath towels and there is no single hanger inside the closet

It's within the resort and has its own swimming pool area. Due to typhoon Dodong, the beach was closed during our 3 days 2 nights stay and nobody was allowed to go swimming on the beach so we just dipped ourselves in the pool area. The scheme of the staffs to get extra money (the deposit). The caretaker arrived at 10 am even though our check out time was 11am. I stayed so that she can check everything. By 10:39 we are outside the unit and all our things are packed in the car. Before I left, I asked her if everything is in place and she said yes. 2 minutes after I left, she came running and said that the luggage rack was broken. The way it looked, the rack shouldn't be standing at all. I find it impossible that it is "that" broken since we only place a small handcarry luggage there and it did not even weigh much since we only stayed 2 nights there. Aside from that, if that rack was "that much broken", it should collapse by the time we removed the luggage and won't be standing at all. It was a good scheme, so beware when you book. Make sure you check the things, and take photos before you check out.

The facilities are good, the pool is warm and clean. The accomodation is big enough.

You need to have a car to reach the beach and nature clubhouse. The pool at Seabreeze is closed on Tuesdays for cleaning.

Anvaya Seabreeze is a great option for large group of family going out for reunions. The unit we rented out can accommodate max 16pax. The hosts are very professional and quick in answering questions. To access the clubhouse, we had to pay 1k each which is not consumable, but we were able to enjoy pools, restaurants, beach, biking etc. We chanced upon the turtle releasing event which was quite enjoyable to witness at sunset. The resort is also very private and tranquil. It was a perfect stay, we will surely be back!
