Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Seems like the property needs minor refurbishments because the wallpapers are peeling off.
It is located in a safe and slightly away from the city, hence its ambiance is calming.

A perfect home either for a family with kids (4-5 pax) or a couple seeking to stay a "little away" from the crowded downtown. The location is secured from the busy national highway and noise as it is situated safely around 50 meters away. Besides, it is around a 15-minute drive to the SM City Uptown. Likewise, known commercial establishments and significant outlets are just along the road for you to drop by. The host sent her staff to assist us on our way up to our billeting. They are helpful and attentive. This was appreciated. The instructions given to us by the host were clear, concise, and easy to follow. However, one of the staff of the building manning the lobby needs to undergo training in customer relations to improve her performance. She imposed unnecessary requirements on us and appeared unaware of our arrival. She's not knowledgeable. She stopped us unnecessarily. Let's forget this embarrassment. I hope she is going to improve her work and ways next time. Likewise, we had a good cardio exercise going up to the 4th floor and down since the elevator was not serviceable during our 3-day stay. We had luggages and many things up and down. This situation should have been posted to keep us aware. The pool needs proper maintenance and care. I observed that the guards were observant and doing their job well.

some paints on the wall were peeling, but did not really affect our stay.
Pretty apartment. Cute decorations. Disney Plus. Close to SM uptown, close to restaurants. My daughter loved it!

When I arrived and could not connect to wifi. I told the desk never again. but the owner ended up moving me to another room. All was good except smokey smell in hallway. Close to Kingston Lodge if you are Expat looking for lodging close to there.
Location is close to SM Uptown. Room is quite other than street noise during the day. Owner was hard to reach as she was travelling. But she took care of difficult situation.

Dining table, chairs are unsafe to use. Walls are dirty. This unit needs to be remodeled.

The property itself was okay. It was just the pool that was not available for use as in was uder maintenance. Perhaps it would have been good if the guests were informed in advanced about it. Aside from that, there was a miscommunication I think with the management. My family were taking a nap on Saturday afternoon when suddently a group of guests came inside the property. Good thing my Aunty had a copy of our booking dates. I hope this will be prevented next time.
The property was clean and organised.

There was a stain on the wall by the air conditioner. It looked like mold , but it wasn't.
It was like being in a home away from home. Very comfortable and nicely furnished. Conveniently located , close to all transportation. Highly recommend, look forward to returning.

Theirs nothing I don't like...I like everything
Everything about the building is good, very clean, neat, n tidy, very good for family retreat, and it's a beautiful place in uptown..not far from Sm malls n plenty off food close area.. and the good thing about it good value for money. They have huge TV in the netflix was great I enjoyed my stay ..I stayed their twice and I'll stay there again in my next trip..I love the condo..

Nothing I didn't like ..so good value for money
Everything I like and value for money and its close to uptown SM mall,, food and retailers shopping are near....very very clean rooms space's. Nice brand new place love it....I'm booking it again for Sunday 24th September 2023
