Shower didn’t really get warm. Not too many restaurants nearby but Grab delivers food so not a bad alternative.

Swimming pool was really great. Good location for the airport. Plenty of space in the apartment. Felt very safe and easy to get Grab etc for short hop to airport or other locations.

Pool was closed already at 6pm and the streets near by are quite shady (not the nicest area).

The one single complaint I have is a fairly minor thing and yet extremely frustrating and time wasting while being completely silly and unnecessary. The owner HAND WROTE the password to the wifi and it was impossible to get it right. Some characters were ambiguous and at least 3 letters couldn’t be determined if they were small or capital letters. So there were dozens of potential passwords. After both me and my filipina partner getting the “incorrect password“ notice a dozen times, I had to find a staff who could contact the owner. The owners response was “try again”. I said no, just give me the correct password. She had to find it, and text it back to the staff and I had to keep going down to the staff until they finally got it. So frustrating and annoying! Just write the password clearly and unambiguously please!!!

The tv was not operable due to the need for setting up a WiFi connection and the speed selection on the tv did not match the 5G speed of the room.

It’s advertised as being walkable from the airport which is strictly true but you so have to cross a large highway and walk up a poorly lit street which I wouldn’t recommend at night.

Very close proximity to airport - albeit walking isn’t really feasible at night. The room was cosy and comfortable, the WiFi was strong. Pool looked great although didn’t have a chance to use it! Check-in process was simple.

We stayed in Amani Resort B2, room 522, for 6 days after arriving from Canada, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The sinks were clogged and water didn’t drain properly, making it impossible to wash dishes. The water supply valve to the washing machine was leaking, which meant we couldn’t use the machine at all. Despite contacting the host multiple times, nothing was fixed during our entire stay. Additionally,no Netflix subscription, which was misleading and inconvenient. I do not recommend this unit. It needs urgent maintenance and better management.

After a 26 hours flight, you want to take a hot shower and sleep. Neither one nor the other was possible. There was no hot water at all and it seems that the problem is known, without them doing anything to fix it. I sent a message to the administrator, no response or reaction. Air conditioning was very-very loud and it hung next to the bed. Sleeping was only possible only with earplugs. The curtains didn’t help, it got light very early.

Hot water heater for shower a bit erratic

I was in room 522 B block, I think some other reviews on here might be for different rooms. Room was very clean and well equipped, pool and gym part of complex. Decent bed, sofa and TV.

The place is at a great location. There are restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance. The best part is it is only about 5 minutes away from the airport. The unit was clean and well maintained, and it even has a washing machine. It is also reasonably priced.

i don't know the counter woman is actual staff or security, the way she speak is annoying and lack of politeness.

The room included everything you need even the washing machine, plates,microwave etc..

The place offered everything for a comfortable stay. The location from airport was perfect distance especially after long international travel. The staff / security at building extremely nice and helpful and the apartment itself was very comfortable plus had all you needed.
