The stay at Ambassador was amazing! The staff was so so sweet and really went out of their way to make everything as comfortable as possible. A big thank you to Rico, for meeting all our needs as a manager. Also a big thank you to Roy, Rogemer, Juvy and Sol. They made our stay unforgettable. We will be back here very soon and we can’t wait!

We had an unfortunate incident with another guest who yelled at my 4-year-old nephew, calling him an asshole. The context is that my nephew interacted with a stray dog on the beach, not harming the poor dog, and this guest suddenly intervened and yelled profanity. We were not impressed with the management’s way of handling the situation.

The beachfront was absolutely stunning! The staff did a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the entire resort, even the shoreline in front! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with the menu changing daily throughout our 5-day stay—something we really appreciated. Our room was cleaned twice a day, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive biscuits each night as a sweet gesture for a good night’s sleep. Such thoughtful touches made our stay even more special. The staff were all amazing. We’re definitely coming back!

I hope they include conditioner as part of the toilet amenity because the seawater/swimming pool makes the hair so dry.

I Love everything about the hotel. Location, room and facility are good but what makes it stand out is the hotel staff. From airport transfer, reception, housekeeping, spa/massage, security and restaurant have the same level of excellent customer service. They are all warm, friendly and most importantly... they are sincere.

I enjoyed my stay, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay.

The location was perfect! I liked the layout of the property being beach front and it’s far away enough from the busy strip, but also close enough to get to all the action. The hotel is nestled through tall coconut trees, and the white sand beach was right outside our front door. This provided the complete beach experience. The staff were also very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed having Juvy assist us at our morning breakfast. The breakfast buffet also provided a variety of delicious meals and a rotation of dishes throughout our stay so you weren’t eating by the same dishes.

The beach water wasn’t very clear unlike in station 3. I hope the rates per night wasn’t so high we could’ve stayed longer.

The staff were amazing right from the very start. The room is lovely with nice bathroom and sea view balcony. Buffet breakfast was amazing too with many options.

I requested for water while I was the the beachfront, one server refused to give me water and instead sold me a bottle of water even thought the day before and the day after that happend the other ones gave me a glass of water (I would understand to pay for water if I wasn't staying at the hotel, but as a guest staying for 6days and five nights the least of it is that I could ask for water anytime needed) Even though it wasn't 100% the same like how we remembered we will always go back to Ambassadors every time we go to boracay. Thanks for certain staffs who made our stay Incredible for 6 days and 5 nights 🙂

Went back to Ambassador because of our wonderful experience 2 years ago. We loved the service a 100% the last time we were here, Maybe the staff were tired but we didn't feel the same warmth from them compared to our last stay. But of course not from everyone thankfully there were still the ones who are warm hearted the way we loved it.

That we could not have stayed longer!!

As they say in the Maldives……. No news, no shoes! And Boracay’s Ambassador in Paradise has that same luxury feel. You relax the moment you get into the Hotel’s Air Conditioned Minibus for the transfer from Cataclan Airport (I really recommend using the hotel’s transfer service - minibus, speedboat, minibus). With it’s white coral sand, and unimpaired access to the beach, you can stay the whole time at the hotel and enjoy the fabulous food, drink and service as you would in the Maldives, but you also can take the opportunity to sample all the other restaurants and nightlife along the 7km stretch of Coral beach. I would also recommend booking activities through the hotel, as they are cheaper than the beach sellers. Amazing holiday for us as a family, just as it was 12 years ago as a couple. Cannot wait to return again!!

We stayed at Ambassador in Paradise Resort from April 14 to April 17, 2025, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that made us feel instantly relaxed and at home. The resort is in a prime location on Station 1—quiet, peaceful, and right on the beautiful white sand beach. Our Family room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway We also enjoyed the the resorts pool and beachfront lounging area - perfect for unwinding .
