Good space for family

Only one frying pan and cooking pot

While the mattress in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The bed frame was a bit low for me

It has the basic accommodations which is good... A hot and hold shower, lots of beds which fit a family of 5 members. There is cable TV, a refrigerator, kitchen to cook things which we were not able to use since we arrived late and left early. There's no drinking water so we had to buy. The owner of the place was very accomodating and responsive to messages.

The area was not as spacious as it seemed in the pictures, but the place was okay. There was no parking, but the it is indicated in the description of the place already so we acknowledged that already.

The place is clean, comfortable, and wifi is good. We only had to stay for a few hours, so there is not much I could say about other amenities the place offers. Noticed that there's a pool you can enjoy, but didn't see it up-close. The place gave us the space and comfort we needed to rest for a few hours while waiting on our travel time. It was sufficient for my family of 6. It's also conveniently located near restaurants, small grocery store, and port of Dumaguete. The unit is also quiet, so you can get some good rest. Thankful for Ms. Jane for assisting us even on a very short notice.

Communication regarding the correct location will be appreciated, especially for guests who are not familiar with the city, as there is another rental with the same name. Parking is a bit of an issue, but it was clearly communicated that there is no parking available inside the compound. However, if you have a vehicle, you may find parking on the side of the road just nearby (at your own risk). Make sure to read the messages on booking app, coz that's where the correct mobile number is to call. Not the one written on the email from booking.com.

The location is good as there are restaurants near accommodation .You can use the swimming pool as well except for Mondays . I feel secured as security guards where patrolling and checking the area. The owner is responsive to all the questions that i have. Its value for money as it was Not expensive.If you are looking for a place to sleep at night after a busy day exploring the city and not very fussy this place maybe right for you. Instruction for check in and how to get the key will be given to you before check in date.It has elevator as well. There is a kitchen facility id you want to cook your food but we just usually went out for a meal or have the food delivered

The place has potential and a lot of things can be improved for example water marks on bedside table can be hidden by placing a cloth cover etc, a black out curtain can be helpful to retain the temperature in the room from AC and to block out the sun , new blankets can replace the old thin blankets that is in place

The swimming pool and gym were great. You have a basketball court where you can pass the time shooting hoops. The location is good, plenty of dinning and drinking options within 10 minutes' walk. The ocean is a few hundred yards from there, the sea breeze of an evening is much appreciated on hot days.

The room was small, our room didn't have drapes to block out the sun, no garbage service, or laundry service. We were sending the towels with our clothes to the laundry to be cleaned. No microwave in the room either. The place has great potential, especially if they had a cafe' serving coffee, drinks and food for guests. They are still making improvements, it could be the place to go if they do it right!

Room amenities and comfort, and the owner is very polite and responsive with our queries.

location is great, homey vibes, amenities (though we'ren't able to experience the pool or basketball court & gym due to time constraint.

when we arrived the room had foul smell, contacted the staff but seems like she's not in the mood, then they sent someone to spray lysol thankfully it flashes away the odor. towels provided are old (if you're maarte better to use your own), not enough blankets only 4 were given. but overall our stay been comfortable & will surely be renting again here when we'll be back in dumaguete.

The property was very clean, and well maintained.

Size of the unit and location.

The misinformation on having guests visit us in the unit. We were not properly informed about the rules of having guests pre-registered to be allowed in. This caused embarrassment on our part as one of our guest had to wait a long time before he was let in.

Easy check-in, clean room, ample space for the family and great location! Will definitely come back!

Very accessible, good for family, the pool is a plus factor especially for kids, near restaurants, the guards are friendly, AC is very cold, fast internet, good water supply

The unit is at the very end of the hallway, though it is near the fire exit but it was locked when we stayed there

The unit is very close to the entrance so it's just a short walk. Comfy bed and good AC. The landline shouldn't be there since it's not working anyways. I like the owner she is very responsive to all of my needs. Restaurants are walking distance as well.

The guard downstairs always ask what unit # when you get in and out. I understand it's security purposes but there was just one day that I was in and out of the unit for couple of times and they kept asking all over again. It's very annoying to the point i told them what unit # i was before they even asked.
