The breakfast buffet doesn’t have a lot of options like it used to, and you get tired of it if you're staying there for several days because the food is always the same and the main dish has only 3-4 options. They only have pineapple and watermelon for fruits. The staff is not as friendly; when you ask for coffee, they never come back, or you have to ask them again, and they even ignore you when you're trying to ask. So, you'd rather do it yourself.

They upgraded their family room; it looks spacious and clean, and they installed two new air conditioners, which is great, and the window view is of Samal Island. The location is great; it's accessible to everything - park, mall, bars, like everything. The room price is great value.

My husband and myself didn't like the breakfast. As most guests are balikbayans i supposed , we were expecting a nice typical pinoy breakfast. With longganisa or pinas made hotdogs, tocino,or daing,or tuyo or dilis. There's smoked bangus but not all like smoked style and having meatballs with sauce or pancit is a breakfast thing Just a suggestion po. Could have been better po Otherwise dining set up is beautiful and our overall overnight is very comfy after a long flights. Apo view well maintained the beauty of the hotel over this years.

The smell of the aircon on the pool side rooms are awful they said thats because its just newly painted but it did smell of sewage.

There was a bad odor in the ground floor after the rain. The internet was down. The front desk wasn’t able to provide change. The front desk staff was not knowledgable about ATM locations that work for international cards.

Convenient to city places as well as out of city locations. Easy to get a cab. The breakfast buffet was good.

the not so clean hotel..mattresses are everywhere outside the lobby.. they should have a place specifically for cleaning the mattresses and other stuff.

the staffs are very profesaional especially the ones in the buffet area more so the supervisor. very accomodating and making sure that guests feels comfortable.

The hotel needs refurbishment. It's quite old and outdated. During our evening arrival, no staff greeted us , and we had to ask staff for our checking in. No staff guided us to our room, which is on the 6th floor. The staff is not welcoming. The T.V. remote is not working. You can hear the children running around in the hallway. We booked for body massage/ spa, then in short notice unavailable.

The location is good. The buffet breakfast selection is excellent.

Towels are not as white as before. More of like you're questioning yourself if it was a clean towel or not because of it being dirty white despite being provided anew. Breakfast buffet is delicious but we have been there for two consecutive days and therw is no difference from one day to the other. We were hoping the food each day varies from the ones served the day before but alas, no.
