The location is very convenient, situated right next to Shopping Center(s) and just across from TAMIA(Export Processing Zone).

The property is on a busy street, and because of the barricade along the lane, you need to walk a bit just to cross to the other side. The booking stated there would be a free one-way airport transfer, but this was not provided. I tried calling the number listed on the app, but it only kept ringing with no response. When we arrived, the receptionist who assisted us was impolite and showed no empathy when we explained our frustration about the airport transfer. On top of that, only one key card was issued, which was very inconvenient since we had to keep asking staff to open the room for us.

The room and bathroom in general look a bit tired. Just a few decorations and fixings need to to date. Poor pressure on toilet cistern.

Bathroom needs to be renovated

Breakfast was ordinary. Pre cooked egg. Meat was ok. Fruit was good. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice furnishings. Going back next week. Close to airport and shuttle included

Shower was slightly warm. I opted for free breakfast but evidently booking. Com deleted that. Hard to find. Halls had left over bottles and some cleaning needed

The location of the hotel is perfect. The food provided was perfect. The shuttle was perfect.

The beds are stiff. The blanket is a bit short. The aircon wasn't cooling the room since it was blocked by the closet. So the air only hits the closet and not the room. It was very hot and did nor cool the room.

We requested breakfast takeaway and we were 5 including our 4 year old child. I asked for coffee to have during breakfast as it is 3am in the morning but it was declined saying only water is provided. Breakfast was given and handed over to us without even checking about it, so when we were about to eat, there was only 4 sandwiches, no water.

Central location to Bogo City and local markets and shops. It has a rooftop pool which is nice as it is private from the street and provides some views of the surrounding area.

Would love a gym facility. Bicycle or bike hire would be great. Inhouse cafe or restaurant would be fantastic. A lounge area where guests could relax and meet other guests would be great.

Very near from the airport, ideal for short stays while you're in transit. Basic facilities, no frills.

Sound proofing is a bit weak but once i put on my ear plugs i don't hear much

The bathroom needs a deep cleaning black molds is not good. Also it’s humid inside the building.

I don't like the shuttle service the AC OF the car is not working well it's so hot inside the car I fellseek because of that.

Convenience to the airport. Affordable

Airport shuttle service was not there when we arrived. When I finally made contact with him and met him, he didn’t apologise or guide us to his van in a helpful or friendly way. He only checked we were the correct guests five minutes into our journey. Also when we did arrive to the hotel at approx 1 am, we were told to wait in the reception to make sure our room was ready ?? This was a bit confusing as it should have been ready since the check in time that day! Considering we’d had a long travel day this was disappointing.
