Some employees were helpful, some were just not interested in being there. The facilites could get a touch up, our bathroom window glass was broken, some tiles in the hallway were cracked.

There was no hot water. We notified the staff who responded quickly but we were ultimately told it takes 20 minutes for the water to heat up so we had to have cold showers that were less than lukewarm. There is also no kettle in the room or crockery so you cant make a cup of tea or coffee in the room, and if you get take away food, you have to be sure to pick up your own cutlery and eat out of the container on your lap.

The room was comfortable, clean, and a good size. The staff were all excellent and helpful. The location is superb for beach views, dining, shopping and nightlife.

Small space. Bathroom quality below average. Window in the bathroom moving side to side. Some mosquitos, but we used spray for them and repelent. Breakfast could be better too.

Location couldn't be better. 3 mins from port, walking street with good choice of shops, bars, restaurants etc, getting quiet after 11 pm. Good value for money

Great location in town so easy to get everywhere. Hotel organised tricycles for us that all turned up! Room a bit small with trying to repack bags etc, but for 1 night it was ideal. We had none of the problems we saw on other reviews, like doors that didn’t lock etc, but we were in the main building. Breakfast was plentiful and everything worked as expected. What more can you ask for.

the door lock in seaview rooms, hard to lock and might open by others using just a knife. Hope they install one side tints in windows so that others can't see the inside of the room

If you want to do boat tours in El nido and trying not to budget. This place is your best bet location wise, and if you are trying to save a thousand pesos a night or more. You probably will not find a better value for your money at 2300 pesos a night. Overall, I am satisfied the amount I paid. Duration 6 days

[to be clear: Of course we were not expecting any luxury but the amount paid was relatively high for the region] Bathroom was tired and could be updated at some point. Breakfast was honestly not great (despite the great view): clients are forced to select/book breakfast at 6pm (we were not allowed to do it slightly earlier), items were missing despite that prior selection, cutlery was not clean. Service was lackluster even if not unfriendly (with the exception of the guy serving us breakfast and helped us with luggage, who was very nice and friendly).

Our room had a wonderful view of the sea and was also nice and comfortable. Breakfast has equivalent view. Location is great and convenient.

The room was spacious and the location was unbelievable. The breakfast area was an incredible spot overlooking the bay. Beds were comfy and the air con was extremely good. The shower had a reasonable pressure for us. It was good value for money.

Good location, helpful staff Great location to go the excursions, main bars are 10-15 mins by foot. But there are a lot of restaurants in the area if you are not going party till late. Very quite in the night (and it is important in El Nido). Worth its money!

Only stayed one night but overall great experience. Spacious and clean rooms with good AC. On the Main Street with all the restaurants close by, but a bit noisy from the streets. Great free breakfast with a nice view and good staff!
