Great location, breakfast area has nice view over the port.

Some employees were helpful, some were just not interested in being there. The facilites could get a touch up, our bathroom window glass was broken, some tiles in the hallway were cracked.

Close to beach and restaurants. View from my room of waterfront. Great breakfast dining area with views of water.

The worst hotel that ı stayed in my life , reality is totally different than photos. Photos are all fake . Toilet smell is everywhere, you can take shower with bowl as if you live in old times . I never recommend them, stay away from this hotel

The Location was great.

Stayed four nights and had no hot water.

Nothing. The only positive was the location being close to the beach and on the main strip.

Everything, especially how dirty the room was. We knew the room would be basic given the price, but it was a lot worse than we imagined. The room was infested with mosquitos, flies, and other insects, most likely due to the holes in the ceiling, or the fact that the ‘balcony’ door did not close properly. I say ‘balcony’, it was more of a window ledge that was almost touching the building construction next to the hotel. We got woken up around 7am each morning due to the construction work taking place immediately outside the hotel room. If you were expecting a view, I hope you like a half finished building as that is all you will see. The bathroom was the worst part of all. There were open drains which absolutely stunk, used plasters and contact lenses left on the window sill from however long ago, insects coming out of the sink hole, and just general grime. Don’t think you can clean yourself though, the shower water pressure is equivalent to a watering can. You also have to ask reception for toilet roll as it wasn’t provided in the room. We also had to empty our own bin despite asking reception for housekeeping in the morning. It didn’t even look like housekeeping were employed at the hotel. The reception staff in general were rude, unhelpful, and always looking at their phones. We were made to feel unwelcome and that we were an inconvenience. All of this led to us checking out early and booking another hotel. It was only when we did this that the staff actually spoke to us. Definitely the worst accommodation we stayed in during our time in the Philippines. Save your money and book somewhere else!

Everything was as expected and the location was Great and the breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and very accommadating will deffiently stay here again

Apart from the location and friendly staff, there is nothing positive to say about this property. The room was basic, however the bathroom was awful, we definitely felt the need to wear thongs/flip flops when showering. The shower head was so rusted that water barely managed to spray out of it. The toilet was blocked the whole time we were there though they do have a plunger handy if you need. The button to flush the toilet is also so rusted that you second guess pushing it. A TV is provided however it must just be for decoration as it hardly worked. We paid for an ocean view room, however our view was of a bare courtyard and a tin roof.

No kettle in the room or crockery to be able to bring home take away if you're tired after a day of activities

Staff are more interested in their mobile phones than the guests. No hot water after bringing it up for 3 days, got offered a kettle so we could boil ourselves. Ran out of baked beans day 1 and still none day 3. Old menus laying around that you get told we don't do that anymore. PUT YOUR PHONES DOWN AND ENGAGE IN HOSPITALITY. This is the business that you work in. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT LIKE THE PLAGUE. All 3 couples in our group had the same complaints

The room was comfortable, clean, and a good size. The staff were all excellent and helpful. The location is superb for beach views, dining, shopping and nightlife.

There was no hot water. We notified the staff who responded quickly but we were ultimately told it takes 20 minutes for the water to heat up so we had to have cold showers that were less than lukewarm. There is also no kettle in the room or crockery so you cant make a cup of tea or coffee in the room, and if you get take away food, you have to be sure to pick up your own cutlery and eat out of the container on your lap.

building works started 7am each morning , safe did not lock, balcony doors did not lock, bathroom could have been cleaner.
