The daily breakfast is nice but I would like to suggest changing more items on the menu on a daily basis for those guest who stay longer than 1 or 2 days. The location is ideal being connected to Glorieta, SM etc is ideal for people wanting to shop and eat at various restaurants. The rooms I enjoy very much. Very clean and comfortable.

I have stayed in this property few times, the staff are all amazing ( consistently) they are always ready to help and always happy, from the all Security staff to the Reception desk specially Aldy who assisted us during check in and check out. The room is clean and well maintained The location is perfect. I want to give extra thank you for assisting me with my Auntie - they provided a wheelchair for her to use until we checked out and all staff are always ready to assist us. Also I have left my bag with valuables ( as I kept it inside a drawer, so I forgot :-( ) they have contacted me about it and safely handed back to me… And thank you for the birthday surprise for me Mom :-) Well done to the Management for having an amazing team. Well done!! Thank you and see you all soon!

None, as all of the staff were polite and courteous except for the long wait for our check-in. The front desk officer told us to wait but suddenly left his post.

Our unit was clean, spacious and has all the facilities we needed during our stay. Location is just walking distance to the malls, banks and business offices.

I like the fast and accommodating service. I requested for a hard pillow because of neck issues, and the staff immediately followed up. I received two hard pillows. Excellent customer service!

No fault of their own, but there was construction going on at the time of our stay, so the entrance was blocked off and there was an alternate entrance which was just a minute or 2 from the entrance.

Greenbelt location. Safe, walkable to everything you'd need for a short stay. Gym was massive as well - huge plus! Staff were great, super helpful and nice!

The restaurant has poor service. Not organised and very average for a "5 stars" hotel. And this is not the first time I go there; Always lack of something and long to serve the guests.

Location of course is excellent being right there with Glorieta and SM Makati. The room was very accommodating, clean and spacious. I have no negative issues and concerns with the room. Usually I am in PH 18 days or more. It would be nice if Ascott would offer long stay rates to make it more affordable. The breakfast buffet was good. I want to also thank the staff overall in every department for the awesome hospitality and kindness they show to their guest.

There's small cockroach in the bathroom, the shower hook is also not functioning well (Room 2009) in the room with attached toilet. We needed to hold the showerhead when using it. There's an option to add a crib during booking, but I needed to request for it 2 more times before it was setup in the room, it'll be helpful if it's already provided before guests arrived.

Location is great, you won't need to travel to the mall, just few steps away from establishments and food choices. It was raining during our stay so it's very convenient. Waste are segregated and drinking water is provided in a more sustainable manner. The unit is very spacious and we're able to welcome some visitors.
