Internet is poor. Alona beach is not very good, so I’d recommend booking other locations. One night there were power outages, which turns the “night light” on automatically. It woke me up twice during the night. All the noise from outside is easily heard in the room

The boiler of shower and the water pressure are not good at all, sometimes it cannot have warm water. The Wifi was not working in one night but it was good and fast after they changed another one.

Stylish and a very clean room, which make me feel comfortable during my stay. Relatively quiet room, because the resort is a bit near by the party district but i did not disturb my sleep. All staff are very helpful and clever to assist my needs.

This hotels location although good for the beach was also close to this outside mall/entertainment area that has msic and shows til late in the evening. The music echoed thru the building and went til VERY early morning, as I said I think you could probably find better value for $$ if not during high season but overall it's a good place

It was a good place, it was close to the beach but not on the beach, very walkable to beach, restaurants and easy to get to other parts of the island, ferry etc. The room was clean, comfortable and had a small balcony. I think you could probably find better value for $$ but for a couple of days it's very good

Opposite is a construction going on. Means every morning 7am becomes super noisy. TV didn’t work. No cleaning within the two nights.

The location was good as it is in the middle of everything. Big room and good to stay for two nights. Simple but all you need.

The shower is room temp at best, and not the property’s fault but Best Western guard the easiest route to the beach. So you can loop around for a 7 min walk or pretend you’re staying at the Best Western to sneak through 😅. The wifi drops out regularly.

New and clean, comes with a balcony and comfy beds. Very close to the main road so everything is convenient. The staff are friendly and nice. I didn’t get to try the pool but it looks good.

The safe didn't work in my room, which was a little frustrating as I like to have somewhere secure to leave my passport etc.

Very pleasant hotel very close to Alona Beach and the centre of everything in Panglao. Very comfortable and clean room. t would have been nice to have breakfast included for the price I paid, as everywhere else I stayed did include this, but there are lots of places nearby to have breakfast.

The problem is, that the room may be too close to Alona beach. My room was so noisy, It's like I had a night club in it, until very very late. I had to sleep with noise cancelation headphones, to get some sleep The wifi, is ok, gets disconnected after a while, not a very good signal and a really low downloading rate I wouldn't recommend it, If u work remotely, but for average use its more than enough.

The location is great. a very short walk to Alona beach. Nice modern room, Nice balcony, accommodating staff. Breakfast is nice. all and all - a nice place for a couple of nights

Next to a big hotel with a big open air nightclub, with many loud parties a week (2 of our 4 nights stay). Not helpful to have a rest or to sleep at night knowing that the rooms are not really well isolated.

Nothing exceptional and nothing horrible. It was as expected. well located geographically, the staff is helpful . We faced a little issue with the room safe that even the hotel worker didn't know how to set it, they ended up by giving us the master key of the safe (which was a good solution for us).

It would be even better with parking facilities but I managed to park on the road outside so no drama.

It's all new and I think it's great. I would definitely stay there again. The bed is comfortable. There are coffee/tea making facilities. The air con works well. Bathroom is well arranged and the water is hot. Great value for money
