Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel did not provide hangers for clothes. There were only few choices for breakfast.
The room was spacious. The location was quiet and safe. It had a home-like ambiance.

Rooms are old, there were no hot water in our room. Best wifi sofar in the Philippines in a hotel. Love the old buildings, but not value for money compared to the other hotels we have been so far on this trip

toilet is very bad room has no phone you have to go down to reception for anything you need nothing is available except 2 waters, no sleepers, soap etc.. Netflix you have to log in from your own account.

The AC unit is very noisy in Rm. 203. The wall separating each room is not soundproofed. You could hear the conversation of the guests from the other room and the noise they were creating. In short, we didn't have a nice & comfortable sleep.
I like the cleanliness of the room. It is simple and very basic.

There were few flies that bothers us when we were eating. Toilet is a little smelly when we came inside the room. Toilet sink not clean enough. I asked the receptionist to collect the trash but she advised us to leave the bin outside the door instead since we do not want to do that we just left it full. I think they are short of staff. No phone in the room to call the receptionist for anything we need.
Breakfast is yummy. Room size is good for family of 3.

Mosquitos (but this is not just an issue with the hotel, but in other places in the area). Got a citronella spray and an anti-mosquito mat heater from the mall and it was all good.
Very friendly staff, good breakfast (try the bologna) and clean room with new air conditioning unit.

This is hotel is a perfect venue for a horror show. It was a spine-chilling walk at the corridor accompanied by the sound of a howling dog that was coming from a residential property at the back of the hotel. We are never coming back to this place. There are mosquitoes in the room, and toilet. The room needs more cleaning.
The room has Google TV, we were able to log in to Netflix and Disney+. The kids were kept entertained. The person who served breakfast.

I needed to go buy soap - the amenities were too small must bring your own shampoo and toothpaste. .
Tucked away from a busy street- it was a quiet stay while in Tarlac i SM city nearby. I love the elephant collection in reception .area. Friendly staff. charming atmosphere. breakfast was good.

The receptionist are not accomodating. No intercom. Receptionist are not attentive.the way theu treat us feels like we r not welcome in the hotel. No credit card facility for such an expensive hotel.

This property has been listed in booking.com but all their facilities listed was broken especially no water broken shower broken tap and broken TV

Bedding had large amounts of bodily fluids on them. No toilet paper and towels in one of our rooms. Asked for seven meals at breakfast, were only given 4.

The hotel needs upgrading, infested with termites and the towels are very old. Had to move to a different room because of termites. No hooks in the toilet where to hang clothes.
