The owner really needs to inject some money back into the resort. Pools need repairs and eavestroughs. Prices for food and drinks are way over what other places are charging.

My room has no Full body Mirror. U think it's best to have one each room for everyone can check their OOTD. The location was a bit challenging, and the transportation was expensive.

The Internet Connection was great. Staff are accommodating and friendly.

Only one pool is available and it doesn't look like it's cleaned/treated regularly.

Loads of space and I love the effort they put in caring for their garden. Has the potential to be a better resort. Needs some fixing on some parts of the property but otherwise good value for money. Great staff and good food as well.

There was nothing near the Hotel such as a supermarket, ATM, restaurant and so on It was not easy to go anywhere on foot

Enough space to enjoy walking around in the Hotel We could hire a tricycle the whole day for 1,500p The driver took us to Dulang Diot Island and 3 fantastic caves

First the typhoon then Covid closure have dramatically affected this beautiful Hotel. Some areas are still totally destroyed and haven’t been repaired yet. There are no sun beds along the 2 large beautiful pools. There is no clean service in the room. None. If you ask, they gracefully do it for you but it’s not part of the service. There is no water pressure in the rooms upstairs and the curtains so not block the sunlight. The restaurant is ok, but just outside the main Hotels gate there is local restaurant serving the same at a third of the price. As per Filippino culture, loud music is on all day long as early as 7am waking all up. It was rectified when kindly asked to turn it down. Last, there are way too many dogs staring at you anytime you seat to eat which was quite annoying.

The Hotel is beautifully built on the rocks overlooking the sea resembling a Mediterranean Sea village. We spent 4 days and despite the rain we enjoyed all the small corners with a breathtaking view. There are few spots with benches on rocks I enjoyed for meditation where you can be totally isolated. The rooms are spacious and with an efficient air con. Staff was helpful and assisted us with all the necessary. At start they may seem disengaged but they warm up as they get to know you.

the TV was not happy there was nothing English that I could try or watch at least some Netflix for people that couldn’t read whatever language those tv’s that they have in the rooms so was kinda of disappointing about that very much but other than that it was a great place to stay and yes I would like to stay here again very much.

awesome was comfortable loved the pools the different paths you could take and walk i thought that was very cool indeed staff was good doing all there best as they can no one is perfect can only so much and did amazing on my room request I asked for so I am very happy about that.

Very basic type of facilities. Very far from the port. It looked near on the map but needed a good 40 to 50 minutes ride with 40km/h ride.

Location was right next to sea. View was picturesque.

When booking a room with breakfast included, the staff is not clear on what is included and what is not included. Only instant coffee available. No American breakfast available. Also, after i booked the rooms, the booking.com website reply was that pick up at the sea port and going back to sea port was no extra charge. Not true, the resort charge 800 peso per trip for multicab.

Beautiful, stunning view of the sea from the lobby, bar, and eating area. We did hire the multicab for day tripping for 2500 peso, that was a fun and interesting experience

The property is tired and is partially dilapidated. The lower pool was not really operating and was dirty and half full. Parts of the resort down the front are still damaged from the typhoon back in 2021 and it feels that as the resort is only 7yrs old they don’t have the money to fix in and get it operational. Even the white building that looks like it would have been amazing, has not been completed with parts of it still with exposed wires inside. There is rubble down the front of the resort facing the ocean and it feels like there is no maintenance being performed. The bar is non existent with really nothing available in the way of spirits or cocktails and the ocean bar is closed and partially collapsed looking like it was never fully completed. No music plays throughout the resort so it feels like a ghost village. Also to many stray dogs come into the resort which is annoying. There is not active house keeping and doors in the bathrooms jam and some of our tvs didn’t work. Also the wifi is very slow and doesn’t cover the whole resort. It is such a shame that the typhoon did so much damage as this would have been a phenomenal resort before the damage.

Enjoyed the fact that they had cliff diving down the front of the resort. The restaurant food was great even though it was more expensive than eating out. The staff are wonderful and friendly. If you want to get any food other then the resort it’s a 15min drive into town but worth it to go to boardwalk as there is so many options.
