A little Far from the beach

Almost complete of everything we need

The property was far from the town proper and if you don’t have your own transportation you will be stuck in the house and just the Clubhouse- Swimming Pool & the Beach. Because I did not read the fine prints, we didn’t bring Groceries- for our Food consumption. We thought it’s accessible to grocery stores and restaurants by walking. I only knew that we’re supposed to bring our own Water, and if we want to barbecue, we have to bring our own charcoal. The good thing was that the Driver that picked us up at the airport at brought us to the Property, was very kind to offer us to go to the nearest store and buy our food. My Brother In law & wife came the following day and drove us around & brought us some food. I would like to acknowledge & commend , Ms. Angeline, the Caretaker for offering her assistance and brought a few groceries for us before our other family members came. We truly appreciate her! Thanks so much Ms. Angeline! We didn’t realize that it was a Residential property in a Gated community.

The property was really nice and clean. They have some Card Games, Scrabbles, basketball and the VideoK which my Husband really enjoyed! The Staff were very prompt in answering all my queries and assisting us with the help of the Caretaker. Thank You!

Beach was extremely dirty when we got there; restaurant was always out of stock. Unfortunately, we went there for the beach; which wasn’t really usable.

The villa provided 5 towels only, and there were 8 guests. It was in the reminder so it is fine, but maybe they can provide one towel for each guest so that there is no need to bring one because it is bulky. There were trashes at the beach, which was a bit disappointing. The restaurant was not in operation during the time of our stay. The villa is more or less a five-minute walk away from the Clubhouse where the pools and the beach are. When we were there, our baby got a fever so we had to buy paracetamol. However, there are no drugstores or supermarkets nearby. Good thing we can request 'pabili.'

The villa has a lot of room that can accommodate our big family. Good shower room. I like the karaoke. It feels like home far away from home.

A bit far from the club house the beach. I guess it would help if in the description it would say how far the villa is from the club house just to manage expectations of guests. Also would have appreciated it if there's an announcement about the attire allowed in the Clubhouse pool.

The entire villa is clean and had all the basic necessities we needed. It was super clean and well maintained. It was easy to communicate with the hosts and very accommodating. A really good place for families with small kids.

The kitchen sink was leaking and had a pail to catch the water, but it really smelled bad.

I liked the close access to the pool and beach, as well as the spacious place. My family really enjoyed the karaoke and netflix! (And of course the pool and beach)

It seems like roaming around to see the surroundings is prohibited. A guard will always follow you and check on you wherever you go. It somehow makes you feel uneasy.

Breakfast is not included. Location is easy to find.

The beach and clubhouse are quite far to walk especially if you have little kids. You can use your own car but the parking might be limited depending on number of visitors. Also, the beach is disappointing. We didn't enjoy it. There are trash everywhere, from candy wrappers to floating diapers.

The villa and the pool are the best. We really enjoyed swimming. The villa is beautiful and has complete amenities, so we really had a comfortable stay.

Maybe the proximity to restos in the area. Quite far from other establishments except the clubhouse. The pool was amazing but the beachfront not quite.

The place was clean, very spacious and relaxing. The rooms are well maintained and so is the entire house. The host was also wonderful, accommodating yet very professional as well.
