It could have been better if the road going to the resort will be widened and cemented with proper signage.

The breakfast was limited but was okay. The location is difficult to find and the way is too narrow.

The property itself I couldn’t fault but being able to drive or renting a scooter will make going back and forth from there more convenient

There was nothing to dislike - maybe we could have stayed longer that would have been nice! I may add that there is an anti-animal device on the roof of the main building that regularly makes a high pitched noise in the daytime, presumably to keep away birds or other animals from the pool area. It works, but I wonder if there is a better option to achieve the same result.

Location is not close to the beach. Neighbourhood is residential, farming, a few new houses are being built in the neighbourhood. We liked that is was off the beaten track and my kids had a chance to see "normal" surroundings, rather than something strongly influenced by tourism. The hotel was really nice, quiet, relaxed. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was very good, pizza was great! Room was great for our needs with two comfortable beds in a sizable room with a big balcony. We would like to visit again if we have an opportunity.

There is a constant beeping noise coming from the kitchen which is a bit annoying.

This place is a little gem. Tucked away off the main road you will find this little oasis. Great pool, friendly staff, you can organise bike hire, massages, airport transfers all from here. Great little bar/restaurant. Not in the busiest part of the island but close to everything when you have a bike. Highly recommend!

the bathroom shower has an odd smell coming from the drain. hopefully, they can sort it out. the erratic Internet connection due to bad weather, which is unforseen and not the hotel's fault. They had upgraded to starlink provider

calm and relax location best suited for small family. the resort is tidy and well kept. appropriate signed board along the busy highway so guests won't get lost the king-size bed plus a single bed in a spacious room was excellent for a small family or a group of 3. reliable , honest, and friendly staff members of the hotel. almost 10 minutes away from the busy alona beach and 15 minutes away from the airport.

The way in to Resort is not yet cemented but doesnt distract our day when we saw the Bella Napoli which is above expection.

The shower didn’t have any pressure on the first night, and didn’t have hot water on the second night. The staff fixed it as soon as I mentioned it, and we had nice hot water with decent pressure on our 3rd night.

Exceptional staff, the best customer service we’ve experienced in our 3 weeks in the Philippines. Utterly delicious authentic Italian food, spacious rooms, a tranquil atmosphere and great pool. I would have given 10/10 if it wasn’t for the shower which we had problems with for 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. Other than that, it was an absolutely brilliant stay.

We would’ve liked to be able to control the AC but it was controlled centrally. However, this was fine the moment we checked in and by the time we’ve come back from our adventures the temperature has dropped to a desirable level.

Bella Napoli was a great place to stay. We had the room with the hot-tub. The staff were really friendly, especially the morning staff. The staff were able to provide us clarificarion for my partner’s allergens before ordering breakfast which I highly appeciated.
